The place is hella-busy... which is good for business. But they seem to be short on cashiers (and checkout lanes). Overall the experience is good, but often out of stock on produce items (which is one department that could use an overhaul and expansion). Pharmacy staff does their best but there is usually a long line. Constantly theres a HELP WANTED sign outside - thats never good as it indicatives high turnover, likely caused by poor wages. Im told they are building a new store to replace this one, which is nice but if they have the same management the problems here will carry over to the new location ... Cmon Kroger, step up your game!

Prices are good. Milk is always cheaper here than other close by Kroger. However, this is an older Kroger. The aisles are narrow and when the store is crowded its difficult to make your way through. The same can be said for the parking lot. This store has not been very well stocked in recent months. I have often had to go to other Kroger to get what I went there for. Sometimes the shelves are bare of particular items for days, especially for Kroger brand products.

Not open 24/7 at this one but I understand a new larger store is coming. We really track up the points using our Kroger card and it seems the process are just as good if not better than other grocers in the are. The baggers save us work so we dont have to bag our own and they are very conscious about what to pair up in bags while doing it. Always smiling, efficient and willing to help the customer making it a really good shopping experience.

Small and disorganized. This Kroger location seems to overflow with product. Everytime I go in there the aisles are clogged with stock waiting to be set out, or displays that seem out of place. They are a busy location so along with being crowded, the store barely has enough lines open when you need to check out. Be prepared for a wait. You have almost no shot at just running in and getting what you need and getting out in a hurry.

An manager embarrassed me in front of dozens of customers by falsely accusing me of shoplifting. After I allowed her to search me, upon which she found nothing, she followed me to my car and took photographs of my vehicle and verbally assaulted me while people watched. I am now too embarrassed to go to that location and must travel out of my way just to go to another krogers.

Produce is not always fresh and has a tendency to go bad quickly. 95% of the time there is something on my list that they do not have in stock...either produce or a national brand. Employees are usually pleasant and helpful. I just dont like having to have to go to another store to complete my shopping.

Its a Kroger. Clean, well lit, well stocked. Someone pooped on the floor and it was cleaned up in minutes. Thats why bonus points. The employees are helpful without being pushy and you can normally find one if you need one. Little higher than zip code 45013, but not by much.

Krogers =shopping local & Im all for shopping local and they help disabled, high school students, current military/army & vets get jobs. Krogers sponsors a lot is usually always clean, and stocked. Very good meats& deli.

I had a horrible experience at the self check out the cashier was very rude, and unprofessional. I was made to wait while others were told to go ahead of me. I will never shop at this kroger again

Great Krogers! Very clean and well lit. Love the selection and they offer hot and ready grilled chicken breast for lunch. Marketplace lets you get more of your shopping done and earn fuel points.

This is a great Kroger to go to. I pass three on my way home from work and will stop here every time. Friendly staff and clean store. Not much more you can ask for.
