Im not one to complain and I usually dont comment one way or the other, but today was different. Normally I go to the Pharmacy at the Metropolitan Blvd Kroger. They were out of one of the medications I take. I called around to all the pharmacies in the area and the last place I called, because it was the furthest from my house, was the Kroger pharmacy on Headland at Greenbriar. Thankfully they had it. Normally at the Metropolitan store there is a considerable wait and they arent friendly or are too busy to be. Not so different from most places and Im not complaining. At the Kroger pharmacy on Headland, I couldnt have had a more positive, friendly and fast experience. Both of the women that were there were so awesome. Professional and helpful and friendly. Thier interaction with other customers while I was waiting (less than 5min.) was great. An elderly couple came behind me and they knew them by name and came out from behind the counter and gave them a hug. It was so nice to see. A perfect example of what customer service is all about. Sorry, I didnt get their names, but it was today ,Wednesday July 6,2016 at 3:52 pm.They deserve some positive acknowledgement.We will always go to the furthest store from our house in the future. When my family was in town to visit, I experienced the worst customer service from the employees here. One was a short woman with very short hair. I was having a problem with the self-checkout and turned and asked for help, she simply glanced at me, heard me and IGNORED ME then looked at me like I was crazy. So I turned to a young dark skinned boy, with dreads I think of some hairstyle and asked could he help, she just shook his head with a smirk!! Oh I was beyond pissed by then. Nothing was funny about employees who dont want to come to work and help people who need help. I left my cart right in front of that self checkout, wonder how funny they thought that was.

This store the worst customer service in the country. The managers are always looking in your cart and dont greet you. No one is ever available when you need help. The customer service line is always wrapped around the store. Not to mention the cashiers are rude, unprofessional, un welcoming, not helpful, ghetto, did i mention unprofessional? None of them want be there. They just throw your food around like they dont matter. Like they just want to hurry up and get you out the way, Dont bother telling a manager cause they dont care either. They will probably be in a "meeting" i.e. personal conversation on the sales floor.

4/10/17 -Hooooorrrrrible experience will not spend another dime at this location and reached out to the coporate office! Three year old daughter had to use the restroom while shopping and it was deplorable(restroom). Graffiti on the stalls, urine, tissue and everthing else was on the toilet and floor. The store had adequate staffing and when I reviewed the cleaning log the restroom hadnt been clean since 9am. I was in the store at 7pm, the manager didnt apologize for the condition and appeared to be dazed. He did ask a young man to clean the restroom. I did not purchase anything from this location.

The store is kinda messy. I understand that there are a lot of people that come there during the day, but its still a store. You still need to keep up a presentable appearance. You cant say "its tiring" because its your job and you need to do it. And theres able-bodied people on motor carts (which I wish they would stop doing because it looks messy and usually its black, heavyweight people so they need to get some of that weight off anyway). And many of the times Ive went there, they either didnt have enough workers or the aisles were closed.

This is a very nice Kroger for the Southside, meaning its a nice store, clean, well stocked, but like every other Southside store it is missing the specialty deli products such as international cheeses and meats and exotic breads. No high-end groceries are allowed south of I-20.

Check your bags before leaving. Other shoppers and I consistently are missing an item or 2 when we get home and I overheard a young man asking a young woman at checkout "what you got for me thats been paid for" . This Kroger is a nasty curupt hole , avoid it if possible.

The ladies in the deli are awesome! Theyre extremely knowledgeable about the products they have and know how to offer you exactly what youre looking for. Try going early in the morning or as late as possible at night to avoid the crowds; its a very busy store.

Horrible the employees are rude they never smile and it one employee im pretty sure her name laquesha dark skinned short haircut messed up teeth she is just rude but i think she made of had a stroke in the face either way she is plain out rude

Worst Kroger in Atlanta. Parking lot always FULL of carts, never any baskets by the door, always out of some veggie I need, just plain ol dirty inside and out. Does corporate even look at this store? Get it together Kroger!

I like the staff and the store but checkout during peak times are unbearable. Avoid late 3PM to 9PM The store just isnt big enough to handle the crowds during peaks. I enjoy shopping there during other times.

This Kroger is the nastiest Kroger I have ever been to. It is very disorganized,dirty and the employees are very rude. I dont see how this Kroger is still in business. The bathrooms were disgusting!!!

I stoped an employee with a question of the location of a product in this Krogers . She made sure I knew she was going on break. Told me to ask someone else. / I emediatly knew I would never go back

This is a nice Kroger to visit if you live in the area or if you are just visiting a friend or family member. The store is neat and clean and when I go I usually find everything I need there.

I came on a Saturday night at 11:00pm no workers were there acept two of them. We had to use machines and scan our own food. Im glad im not disabled and barely secured!
