I just left food depot store #33 and received the worst customer service by a manager by the name of Cassandra. I asked her to show me where the frozen fruit was located and in return she was condescending and very unprofessional. I think her intentions were to humiliate me...she failed miserably. I will contact corporate in the morning. This is unacceptable! I pass 3 Wal-Marts en route to food depot in attempt to support a smaller chain. I will not be treated with blatant disrespect and disregard.

I Used To Work There, Great Employees, Fast check outs, Very Very clean & organized store. the manager that still works there is by far the most well organized man Ive ever met, definitely no problem maintaining Everyone & Everything within the Store up to date. They sale some items most reasonably priced even with the 10% added on. The lines are usually long, but if the speedy check out cashier is available shell get you out quickly as possible. Not my first stop or favorite food depot but its acceptable.

They say cheap prices but they really add 10% to the total. They say its to pay for bags, stocking fees, etc.. when in reality the bags break on the way in the house. Bull crappie if you ask me . Taxing already tax money.

The manager was extremely rude. Completely embarrassed me in front of the employees and customers! Then he wound up making me lose money. I will NEVER go into that location EVER again!
