I purchased a mattress set at the Waynesville store, and was going to come back to pick it up a few days later. The manager, Tom, assured me I would get new inventory, with all the plastic fully sealed and in new condition. When I arrived to pick up my set a few days later, the boxspring looked like it had been drug across concrete - huge holes in the plastic and damage to the fabric, some staining, and the corner guards falling apart. I needed a bed starting that night so I had to take it. When I tried contacting this Tom manager guy a couple days later, he wouldnt return my calls. I ended up having to call their corporate office, and even this lady I talked to said it was normal for the inventory to have holes all in the plastic. I guess for $700 one cannot expect new and clean merchandise??? She was not very accommodating, but later called me back and said they would send a new boxspring to the Waynesville store for me to get and return the old one. After making a 2nd trip back to exchange for a new boxspring, the Tom manager guy still didnt know what the issue was??? And he even just walked away from me in conversation, without so much as an apology. This manager straight up lied to me, then didnt seem to care at all about my patronage. My future furniture purchases will be at a different seller. Buyer beware with this place.

On July 20, 2016 I went to Carolina Furniture Concepts in Waynesville, NC looking for a mattress. I did not know what I wanted but there I met Amy who greeted me with a smile and was very glad to help. I laid on almost every mattress in the store and finally after I laid on the Tempur-Pedic cloud supreme breeze I knew that was the bed for me. I have had a lot of back problems and had not purchased a mattress in over 12 years and had not been sleeping very good for a long time. When Amy and I went to make the deal Mary got involved and was very nice and gave me a Great Deal!! Also I met Trace and since I had not bought anything for myself in a long time he told me that if I was not sleeping well it would effect my entire health and that I needed to be good to myself. Also while I was there I met Perry who was able to get my bed delivered sooner than expected and I cant wait!!! The deliver is to be on July 28, 2016 YEH!!! I cannot say enough great things about my experience at the Waynesville, NC store. So whether you need to make a big purchase or a small one go to the Waynesville store and they will take great care of you. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! for all of your help. SwtPea!

Stopped into Carolina Furniture Concepts last week. We had their flyer with us because on the very front page was a bedroom set we wanted to see. Parker greeted us at the front, told him what we looking for and he started to look and then another couple asked for information, he waited on them first, Strike 1. When he eventually got to us he said he couldnt find the items but his associate would look for us. We waited a good 20 minutes walking the store. No one came back to help us, so went to the desk where both Parker, Now dealing with the other couple, wouldnt even look up to acknowledge us, Stike 2. Waited a few more minutes, Parker finally looked up as we kept making our presence known. Finally he tells us his associate will definitely find us what we were looking for and gice us a call.That was 2 weeks ago and heard nothing, Strike 3. Very poor business practice. Left there and went to High Country Design, treated very professionally there found what we were looking for, and made the purchase.

Carolina Furniture Concepts is a great place to purchase furniture. I had to replace my living room furniture and was looking at sectionals with recliners. I finally decided on a Klaussner. I contacted many stores on the internet for a price quote. One of these price quotes resulted in a call to Carolina Furniture Concepts. I spoke with Adriel. From that first conversation, she went out of her way to help me. She reassured me that my sectional choice was a good one. She went above and beyond to help me choose a beautiful fabric. She emailed me the colors and their names and then followed up with telephone calls. I could not have done it without her. All of my questions were always answered. On a day that she was not there, a gentleman named Parry was also extremely helpful. AND NOW FOR THE PRICE----They absolutely have the best price. So if you need furniture give them a call. Ask for Adriel. You will be in good hands.

I had just moved to North Carolina and was in need of new bedroom furniture before starting my new career. I knew exactly what I was looking for, but no place in the Charlotte area or surrounding areas had the set I wanted in stock - except for CFC. I called up CFC and spoke with Adriel who was the MOST HELPFUL person Ive ever dealt with. She understood my situation and made sure that everything would be delivered in a timely manner. She followed up promptly and kept in contact regularly with updates both before and after delivery. Her excellent customer service and friendliness will make me look to CFC again for any future purchases. The quality of the bedroom set is great, the process was seamless, and the service was exceptional. This store genuinely cares about customer satisfaction!

I became familiar with Carolina Furniture Concepts via the internet just "shopping" for a Chaise Lounge. I contacted them and talked to Adriel. I was a little skeptical at first about buying something sight unseen but after talking and emailing Adriel numerous times, I felt very comfortable with her! If it hadnt been for Adriel and her wonderful assistance, I may have not placed an order over the internet. She was not pushy, she was simply helpful and went above and beyond by showing me fabric swatches by taking pictures in different lightings!!! I Just received our Chaise Lounge two days ago and couldnt be more pleased with the product, service and delivery. Cant say enough good things about this experience. I will definitely use Carolina Furniture Concepts again, Adriel Rocks!!!

If it hadnt been for Adriel, I dont think I would ever have gone through with this special order deal, but she convinced me -- she wasnt pushy about me buying, she was just reassuring that the transaction would go smoothly. Just received our loveseat two days ago and couldnt be more pleased with the product, service and delivery. Cant say enough good things about this experience.
