Worst customer service I have ever witnessed, two family members and I were walking around the store for over an hour and a half and nobody once asked us if we needed assistance. We were ready to spend some serious money today, you have lost not one but multiple custmers today. We stood by the furniture we wanted and watched four separate couples and customers get greeted and welcomed into the store. One of the sales reps looked right at us and just pretended like we werent there. Thank you Art Van for making this decision very easy for us. Definitely will not be returning!

Can I give negative stars? This was the worst sales experience of my life. The manager of the pure sleep section was condescending, agressive, and a liar. He told my wife and I that we were lying on multiple occasions. He kept changing his story as he badgered us until we left. Everytime we tried to answer a question, he told us that we were wrong. Terrible. Ill never step into that place again.

Worst product and customer service. Dont ask them to stand by their product either. Three months after purchasing our bedroom set the bed frame broke. I wont ever step foot in an Art Van store again and stay away from manager Paul Evola.

Salesman, Robert Duzey, listened to exactly what we wanted and led us to 3 different choices, close to what we wanted. Even the pickup date coincides with our move-in date. Couldnt be happier.
