I can confirm the other negative reviews. I ordered a sectional sofa. It arrived missing a seat. So I had to wait a week with pointing metal brackets sticking out and kids playing around them. Then they arrived, tried forcing the piece in and bent the bracket. They had to order a new piece. We waited 3 weeks for a new piece to arrive. They showed up saying they were here to exchange the console piece. I didnt have the bent one they took. So after wasting time making phone calls and questioning why I didnt have the piece, he plopped it down off the brackets and I said they didnt line up and he said the guys who put it together didnt line it up and I would have to move the whole couch. So not willing to help me move it, he got he signature and got to go home. Now I need to ask family or friends to help me move a sectional to do the job they were supposed to do. These workers are truly astounding. I am going to Harbor Freight from now on. You shoud too!

Worst experience ever ..I rented a truck to go pick up a dinning table set and the Ottoman for my sectional I waited 2 hours just so someone to tell me they didnt have the table since the one they had was set for deliver and was opened... they said they would deliver it next day ...they did we went tru all the hassle and set up the chairs my husband was working on the table.I on the 4 Chairs so when we turned the table right side up realized that the chairs are pub style table was regular table after all the work putting them together... unbelievable they only had one job...I mean how hard can matching some numbers and loading a item can be..

careful of ordering things online... They automatically add the protection plan (you must back click to remove it), and then my order would continually remove the promotional discount right before confirming the order (am lucky I noticed). Very deceitful...

The help was impatient but the furniture is of quality ranging from decent to good. I would never come close to the clearance items, but thats just me and Ive been told Im a bit choosy. I would call value city decently priced.
