I will never shop here again, I canceled my account with them. I purchased a Serra mattress from them a little over two years ago and was told if it got a sack in it to call them and it would be replaced. Well I got a sack in it but now Im being told because it has a stain on the opposite end of the sag my mattress can not be replaced but I was never made aware of this until today and no one at the store can tell why abstain affect a saggy mattress.
