Have a quarter ready if you need a shopping cart. Bring your own bags if you dont want to carry your purchases out in scavenged card board boxes. There are usually several lines, several shoppers deep, but cashiers are efficient and it is rare to wait in line more than 5 minutes. Friendly, helpful, competent staff combined with good pricing on every day items as well as seasonal stuff for home projects and recreation makes this my favorite local grocery store.

Chic grocery items for half the cost. Im usually brand loyal when it comes to bread, but they had some great choices, esp when compared to Target (they had naan and sourdough!) and they tasted like better quality ingredients. They have a great organic line for some items too that are really good. Cant beat Aldi in terms of affordability for fresh produce.

Convenient to the metro (West hyattsville and several bus lines right in front), always well stock and sufficiently staffed. You simply cannot beat the prices. Imagine paying $1.29 for one container of strawberries. Additionally they have a really innovative frozen section.

Good price and excellent quality. At first I didnt want to shop there because I didnt know the brands. But when I decided to try because I wanted savings, I was pleasantly surprised! Dont hesitate to shop there!

Decent merchandise and good food for the price. Aldi only charges the same margin on top of their wholesale cost that week. Not an inflated margin in addition to the highest wholesale price of the year.

We went there and spent $37 on 20 items. Go anywhere else and u only getting 4 to 5 items for that price. Aldi is a great place to go and shop. Food isnt that bad also.
