So My cousin just bought furniture from them I went to check it out at his spot ...got shocked he actually got better furniture than me and I thought my furniture was good I didnt believe Em when he told me what he actually paid ....so I took a picture of his furniture still thinking hes lying ...so I choose to go see it with my own eyes ...super shocked when I walked in their I got the same deal and a free rug and free delivery ...lol my cousin went crying he got a rug too ..where were you guys like centuries ago woow..... 3 years later and the furniture is still holding up and I got big people in my family I mean Real BIG ....I honestly compared like 10 different stores and their furniture is bigger and made better not like that small made in China crap I wasted a lot of money in the trash ....trust me youll buy it one time from them your good ...your probably like me I didnt believe anything I heard till I went and seen it with my eyes ...one more thing I just found which they didnt have when I bought my furniture even though I didnt need it but it gives you peace in mind ....my girl just went on 2-2-16 We got a king Serta when they delivered it they had this new digital signature where you only sign it when everything is in excellent condition it gives you peace of mind ...go their you will not regret it trust me ...

BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!! Stay far far away from this dump. Everything they sell is used and made to look new. This place also gave me bed bugs when they delivered a broken couch to me, that looks like they tried to fix with glue. Ive heard so many bad things about them and should of listened. That guy AJ was very rude to me as soon as I walked into the door he was sitting down. I asked for help finding a dining room set he said its over there and didnt even get up just kept on playing on his phone. The manager is never there when I ask for him. Turns out he just hides in his office all day. This is a horrible place to buy from I will never buy again and also when I bought my set plus a mattress I seen one of the employees rip off a red tag off it, turns out that means its refurbished when they told me this is new and never used they are selling used stuff and making me pay full price are you serious I will never buy from a dump like this again. The place looks like a horrible nightmare I almost tripped on the carpet like 3 times. All the sales people stayed on there phones it took me an hour just to be noticed

I paid in full for a living room suite on Feb 14, 2010. Khaled told me he placed a large ordered with my suite in it the day before and it would be in, in one-two weeks. So on March 4, I came into the store to see what was going on and was told the truck was in route and will be here on Tues, March 9. So I requested some of my money back until the truck arrived, he gave some back and told me he will call me when the truck comes in. Today March 10, I called he told me it no the truck has not arrived and to call and the company to return my set of furniture and he will give me my money back. The company was not able to do that, but they are not the one who kept promising to get me my furniture, Khaled did! So now he is not willing to give me the rest of my money back and it has been almost a month. All I want is my money back because I want to go else where to get my living room suite. I urge you to think twice before you go to this company, save yourself the headache and disappointment. You’re truly, Unhappy buyer

I AM 100% U-N-S-A-T-I-S-F-I-E-D !!!!!!!!!!!! I waited over 3months for my furniture, when it arrived, it was the wrong furniture, when I went back in the store the actual # written on the receipt was NON-EXISTANT, instead of them calling to figure out what to do they just picked a item to throw on the truck & deliver to my home.What they delivered was a $400 price difference. I asked to speak to the owner & they informed me the owner was over seas, then guess who comes walking out the bathrooom, THE OWNER!! These guys are so full of bullsh!t, DO NOT GO TO THIS NON-REPUTABLE fast talking con artist dealer. I got no satisfaction & if you ask around about this dealer I GUARANTEE you will get negative reviews, I just wished I did my reseaerch before I paid them. U WILL BE SAVED MONEY - TIME & A HEADACHE. PS - I TRIED TO LEAVE 0 STARS HIGHLIGHTED AS MY RATING BUT THE COMPUTER MADE THAT A REQUIRED FIELD THAT COULDNT BE LEFT BLANK!!

THIS STORE SUCKS AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE IDIOTS! ABSOLUTE MORONS! They ordered me the wrong couch then when they re ordered (what was supposed to be) the correct couch, they ordered the wrong damn color. How do you order the correct brown color the 1st time but the wrong material?! Then order black the 2nd time & not even confirm that its the rite color with the customer?!!! They are all idiots. Now Im stuck with a color I did not want! I will not be a repeat customer with any furniture land locations! When its time to replace, I will take my money/business to a company who knows what their doing and takes responsibility for their mistakes instead of blaming the customer! If you must do business with these morons, do not sign anything until you look at the product 1st!!!

i called furniture land asking if they can get a certain item as my friend told me they sell Ashley Furniture ....salesman told me to take a picture from other store and bring it to him ,, so i was like ok ...i walked in not knowing what to find out and was surprised to see catalogs of Ashley Furniture , serta mattresses , rugs and more i showed him picture and item number ordered same item and saved bout 30% ,from 8500 at the other store to 5500 + free delivery setup +rug ,loved it ,, all my friends and family were mad when they seen my furniture and how much i paid ..., its been 2 years now the furniture so far is good ... i drove all the way from Cleveland and honestly i wouldnt regret driving from New York from how much i saved...definitely would recommend

These are some cool dudes. I was about to be real bougie with buying my mattress but decided to stop in here just to look around since I got my sons bed there a couple years ago. The guy saved me about a thousand bucks and I had no choice but to buy. He was really knowledgeable as well. All I knew is I wanted a comfortable mattress and was willing to go to matress firm to pay a fortune to get it but nope! The same matress I got was at mattress firm for 3x more. I couldnt believe it. Here on out Im going straight there.
