Ive never written a review before, but I had such a fun time with Joshua (I think!) at C&B that I was compelled to do so. My boyfriend and I went in to look for a specific wine glass (red wine Camille - obviously, sold out EVERYWHERE because of their popularity on the TV show "Scandal" - also highly recommended if you just want an entertaining, decent show and arent looking for something that will change your life). But, I digress. Joshua (I apologize if this is, in fact, not his name) approached us in a very friendly manner after we wandered the store for a bit - which was nice. Gave me time to look around and peruse before realizing I had no idea where to look. Anyway, I mentioned the wine glass and he knew exactly what I was talking about immediately and was very fun and friendly. He explained to me why they were so back ordered and we chit chatted and laughed about various things. He also explained to me some of my worries about their breakability and why some people are saying that theyre too easy to break and not to bother. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about his product. We talked thrift stores and by the end of my experience - I wanted to get a drink with the man (I even got a high five). He was appropriate, professional and friendly and I really cant say enough about how much fun I had with him. He even offered me free shipping!! Unfortunately after the holidays Im B-R-O-K-E broke and wasnt looking to buy. In the future, I will make sure he gets any and all of my business. He was such an absolute joy. To the managers at C&B - hope you know what an excellent and fabulous employee you have.

Had my entire wedding registered with this company and couldnt be more disappointed. I would suggest not buying any type of furniture from this company as it is extremely low quality, some simple research will support this. Any kind of shelving has to be assembled by the customer... So double the price of IKEA and lower quality.. I also had to wait a month to pick up the pieces I wanted and was not offered free shipping. Once I got home discovered blemishes and terrible manufactured pieces that led me to return my entire order out of disgust. I would also like to suggest to this company to move their dumpsters and employee smoking area from their CUSTOMER PICK UP AREA. Also, if I ring your stupid bell back there make sure Im answered within a couple minutes not 15 MINUTES! If you insist of shopping at this company please do yourself a favor and dont buy things that need assembled and check prices elsewhere because Ive found to be cheaper at most places. Crate and Barrel?? More like bottom of the barrel.

Cindy at this store is an absolute delight. Shes been the salesperson Ive worked with since first spotting the sectional I ended up buying. While I was still in the decision phase, she gave me fabric samples and printed dimensions so I could see if the piece would work in the new home I just built. When I finally made the decision to buy, I came back on a day she wasnt working but made sure to give her credit for the sale. She called me the next day to thank me an also to apply my new mover discount. I cannot say enough good things about Crate & Barrel, but especially about Cindy! Note: I was in there yesterday and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The one blemish on an otherwise fantastic store.

Recently outfitted my living room with a chaise lounge, two swivel reclining armchairs, area rug plus accessories. Worked with Aaron Tuxbury who was very attentive as he was patient with my wife and I as we were a bit indecisive on the final color for our new living room suite. If youre in the market for any home decor, its worth giving Crate and Barrel a shot. Be prepared to pay a premium; you may get a better value going elsewhere if style, comfort and quality arent a top priority. If you go in to this location and want to be treated like first class, look for Aaron - hell be wearing a name tag.

I must say worst experience ever , and thats no exaggeration. This is where I chose for our wedding registry.. The majority of my items were either damaged or destroyed. The state of the items was one thing but then the lack of support from staff to fix the situation was the icing on the cake ! I assumed for the amount of money that was spent priority number one would be assuring the customer was satisfied . Not the case ! The staff I dealt with were of no help ! No consideration for the money my guest spent for gifts that cant possibly be put to use !

My first time there, and I liked it. Lots of nice stuff. I went in looking just fit kitchen stuff, but the store has everything for the house. Prices were moderate and everything seemed of high quality. Only downside was that Easton mall was packed and parking was hard to find.

This place had a good selection of what you would also see online which was helpful. The staff was happy to work with you to point out all the options and quality of the products.

Id advise shopping online and pick up in store, because I always want to buy ALL THE THINGS when I visit. Also, you get a 15% coupon too!

Was there for hours doing our wedding registry. They seriously have everything. However, some of the stuff is over priced.
