I really wish I could leave a great review because I really wanted to but, after the poor service Ive had, Im very disappointed. While I was able to get my table and chairs the next day, I received my dining room table without building instructions. So Ive called muliple times asking if they had the instructions to which they said they would look and call me back. NEVER called me back. So I call them 2-3 days later and I had the phone hung up on me while waiting to speak to the manager. I guess they could t find the instructions. Even called the manager boss whom I have yet to hear from after leaving a very detailed message of the situation. I am usually a very patient person and I havent gotten an attitude with anyone until now while writing this review. I asked if maybe someone could take the table back and reassemble it at their store because the display version was assembled, so SURELY someone knew how to assemble it, but to which no one wanted to say if they could do it not. I will NEVER shop here again. If this is how they treat their customers. And I will let everyone dont shop here! The table didnt even have predrilled holes for me to at least try to figure out where what goes. I wouldnt recommend shopping here unless u want to risk not having instructions to help u assemble the items you buy. None of this has been handled professionally at all. Smh. I dont want to return the table I got because I love it, but they are leaving me with no choice but to ask for my money back. I can only pray someone who works there sees this review and reach out to me to help me. No one should have to go through this. I got my things Sunday. Its now Thursday night. If I have to walk back into the building and tell them to get the table I will. Soooo disappointed...I paid $65 EXTRA bucks to have it delivered properly....if I have to give it back I want all of my money back, including the 65 bucks, or they are about to have an even bigger issue on their hands!

I only gave them one star because I have to when posting this. They deserve zero stars. They promise you the world then when my $4000 into their register it all ended. To start they promise same day delivery which is a joke. After 3 days and numerous calls later I recieved my funiture. Then they did have it all so then I had to wait a extra day to get the rest. Then after a few months the leather began to peel. After numerous phone calls , sending pictures and waiting for weeks while getting the run around it was determind that it was the manufacter fault, so they replaced it. I was very pleased at the time. Now a few months later the new sectional is peeling in the same spots. So now in a couple weeks I would be a year that I have been dealing with a $2000 peeling sectional. I called into the store asked for a manager they would not put one on the phone. so I tried to explain the situation to the person on the phone I was then told it is my problem. So within the next 5 minutes I was on the phone will corporate office. While talking to the lady she said it is not my problem. I said something needed to be done she said that I was beganing to be rude so she hung up the phone on me. I have contacted channel six news on your side, the BBB and I am, writing this review to let you know as a customer what you will be dealing with. If you have $2000 to throw away this is the perfect place to recieve poor quality funiture.

American Freight itself was great. The gentlemen working were so helpful and knowledgeable. This was actually the second time I had purchased something there and everyone was so nice. There delivery service on the other hand is miserable. They contract it out and will take no responsibility for any of it. I was supposed to get my furniture on Tuesday and they never called. So I called them. They called back and said they couldnt do it (this was after I waited all afternoon). The guy said he would deliver it to me first thing in the morning at noon. One o clock came around and no word so I again called him. He gave me the run around and said he was 20 minutes away. Two hours later still not there so I called again. He said I was his next stop. WHen he finally got here so delivered my furniture but it was only him so he couldnt bring up any stairs. Unfortunately the it was bedroom furniture for a bedroom upstairs. IT WAS SUCH A PAIN. If you are going to buy from American Freight make sure you can take it with you and you dont have to worry about there awful delivery service.

After having a total fiasco at the Morse Rd store, I ended up transferring my purchase to the Hilliard location. This enabled me to get my furniture much sooner than expected. The people I dealt with at this location were much more helpful and less sketchy than those on Morse. They were able to transfer my purchase within one business day, and to deliver the furniture two days later. When I called because my coffee table set had a scratch on it and other cosmetic imperfections, I was offered to either get a partial refund on the set, or to have it totally replaced. My only complaint is that the deliverymen did not set up my furniture at all - I thought the couches would come "no assembly required" but the legs still have to be attached...this is an issue because there are no directions included, and I know it sounds self explanatory, but I dont want to risk messing up my new leather couches by installing legs incorrectly. Nevertheless, I still gave this location 5 stars because the deliverymen are third party contractors.

We waited over a month to be able to pick up a dresser we had on layaway. After calling almost everyday the last two weeks they started promising it would be in this day, when it didnt show up they would say "oh it will be next week forsure." When we finally went in to pick it up. We obviously ask them to cover the final payment, it was only 20 dollars, since we had been waiting so long. They refused and said they got us a better dresser in anyways and that was the best they could do. We never asked for "better" dresser. I wanted the one we put in layaway. Then we had to load it our selfs. My boyfriend made a comment about the place being worthless and how horrible our experience was. The manager actually called us after we left and had the nerve to yell at my boyfriend for being disrespectful.... So needless to say dont waste your time here.

We will never go here again. We spent over $1000 at this place and then our section didnt get delivered for 2 days. Then when they did deliver it the ripped the leather and I had to call back to get it replaced. They said it would take 7-16 days to get it in and of course I just had to go with it. Well 21 days later I called again it was a Sat. and they said they had it and it could be delivered on Monday. Well Monday came and they never delivered it so called and wanted a refund they said once an item is in your house they cant give a refund but they could deliver it on Wednesday. Well I called corporate and the lady tried to be nice but she is very short with you on the phone so its all pretty much bad service. So if you are reading this then stay away this store is the worst.
