i walked into the store and was so blown away by Tate. He was so awesome!! He was very knowledgeable about the product, he explained it so well, how the product came apart, how it was machine washable how to add more pieces when you wanted and how durable the product was. i was very impressed by this guy who knew the product and was so professional in his ability to get the message across about this very cool product that i had never heard about but was very excited about due to Tates excitement of the product.

Walked in, and was immediately dismissed by the sales people. They didnt say hello, they didnt offer to help us look. We were interested in purchasing a couch for our new renovation and because we looked like we didnt have any money, we didnt get a second glance. Our money will go elsewhere now.
