I absolutely recommend Mirak Hyundai, and I also absolutely recommend salesman Nick Carco. The Good: I was purchasing a Veloster, a brand new model for 2012, that was pretty popular and had a lot of buyer interest - and Mirak charged MSRP when other dealers were adding $2500-$3500 to sticker price; Nick was very, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and worked very hard to find me exactly what I wanted, Tim made the actual finance & purchase a snap, in and out in 30 minutes. No hassle, no stress, no strain. Absolute best car-buying experience of my life. The Bad: It took me about three weeks of confusion, mis-communication, being shuffled from one salesman to another, annoying emails, and requests for information not being fulfilled *before* I got to Nick and the really excellent experience. The Details: My initial experience with the dealership was a little rocky, and I was less than inclined to continue working with them. I was very interested in purchasing a Veloster, a brand new model. When the first car showed up, I scheduled a test drive - the gentlemen on the phone told me it would be ready to drive two days hence, and we made an appointment for that time. When I arrived for the test drive, I was told that the car was not ready to be driven and Id have to come back. Would have very much appreciated a heads-up call saying that the car wasnt ready and not to bother coming down. I didnt appreciate having my time wasted. After that, I was subjected to email after email asking if I was ready to purchase, did I have any questions, would I like to have my Hyundai (that I hadnt bought yet!) scheduled for a service visit, and the like. The initial salesman I worked with sent these emails, but never got back to me with the specific information I needed to make any purchasing decisions. I went to a couple other dealerships to see what they could do for me. What they could do for me was pretty clear - jerk me around like I had nothing better to do with my time. I went back to Mirak to see if I could make it happen there, because at least they all seemed like nice guys. Thats when I fell in with Nick Carco. Nick immediately assessed my needs, asked me what I was looking for, told me hed find me relevant information, and then got back to me with that information quickly. He then proceeded to bend over backwards to find a very specific (and apparently rare) model, trim & color combination for me and have it transferred from another dealer. When the car arrived and it was time to do the deal, he got me in with the Finance Manager, Tim, who had me in and out in 30 minutes with a deal that worked for everyone. Nick knew every detail about the car, from stem to stern, and was able to explain every feature. Nick did a great job overall, and I was very happy to work with him and Mirak. Id definitely recommend them both.

purchased a used 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 truck in January of this year first week had to bring in for a new battery even though the truck was supposed to have been checked out everywhere also had to bring back for a new key fob and some other issues they had the truck for 3 days with this issue before we purchased the vehicle i did some homework and found some common issues that are part of the trucks history We aske the salesman if these issues were checked out and were told that they were all checked out and any were taken care of well now it is getting into summer and no ac in the truck i told our salesman at the time that the ac was a common issue for this vehicle and was assured it was checked out i was satisfied at the time but i know better now and should have had a privat mechanic check out the vehicle after delivery they come across as your best friend but hide the truth from you there are other issues but i will leave that for you to decide never again with this dealer forewarned is warned An Update even when they talk to you on the phone and say they will check into it and get back to you dont hold your breath because they will not unless you give bad reviews well i have filed a complaint with The BBB and also with the Attorney Generals office of MA Sty tuned as i will update to let you know how this turns out June 9th update still no word back from Mirak Cheverolet and The BBB has not heard back from them as well Attorney Generals office is sending them a Notice this week as well and they better not ignore that place will update again soon well it is almost 3 weeks now and the state has decided to hear the case and will have a mediator sit in on a session that will be awhile so i will not have AC for this summer i bet will keep all informed to progress August 27th update Notice that the dealer waited until just 2 weeks ago to respond to this and no we still have never received a copy of said warranty they sent a copy to the better business bureau and i forwarded that to the Attorney Generals office as it was never signed they never gave a express waranty as their website and other forms of advetisement say they do and the bill of sale has conflicting info on the sale which may void our extended warranty if there is a issue in the coming months i have sent info to the Mass Attorney General and Mirak is and has done this before and the issue is being investigated it seams though that i may have to file a lawsuit to accomplish anything at all as there are many grey areas Buyer Beware All items have been taken care of by the dealer and the truck has been repaired

1. The price is higher than other dealer. 2. Instead of helping to solve the problem, the selling man only cares about asking me to pay money. He was very outstanding for the store, but for the consumer. 3. I can not get any helpful suggestion. 4. It is my second time to visit this store, while it would be last one. For the first time, I extremely doubt that there is no need to change the battery of my car. However my car is out of power and be tolled to the store, I have no choice. For the second time, the diagnose is totally useless. The sell man even asked me to pay money for such kind of useless diagnosis, and told me that it was one-hour labor. Seriously, since I went into the shop, the totally time is less than one hour. In addition, the diagnosis is you can pay 300 dollars to fix A, while you may need pay extra money for other problems. I am a engineer, and I know that make a diagnosis in a complex system is not an easy task. That is why I should pay money for it. However, ``diagnosis" does not mean that plug in the computer and tell me the computer output. A basic requirement for diagnosis is clear. For example, if you think there maybe two reasons, then fix one first (e.g. change to an good one), and diagnosis the other one. If the problem solved, then you know my problem. That is what I should pay the money for one hour labor. In addition, collect information from your consumers, and collect any pre-condition, and at last make your judgement according to your experience. That is called "diagnosis". Similar thing in computer engineering was called debug, it takes time and needs experience. It is basic rule to leave one variable during the diagnosis. Hence, please beprofessional. If you can only use a computer to check the error code, I can do it by using a error code reader from Amazon, only 20 dollars. In summary, my experience was totally bad!. If you still can drive your car, drive it away and find a better place.
