Amazing experience from start to finish! No other dealership can compare to Tasca in Seekonk. My saleperson, Jacob Coyle, was helpful from the moment that I walked in. The group at Tasca did not pressure me into buying into any vehicle and was willing to provide front door service. I found a car online sent an email that I was interested and the dealership had the car cleaned during the winter storm at the time I arrived for a test drive! The business manager, Anthony, was very helpful providing very useful packages for my car and competitive pricing. It will be tough to go anywhere else to buy an automobile. I am General Mgr of a local limosine service and we took our 2010 L-Series Towncar to Tasca for a check engine light. Tasca had the vehicle for over a week and finally called us to say it was all set. Well by the time I got there to pick it up the check eng light was back on and they didnt hesitate to charge us $1100 for the work they did. Absolutely no change in the vehicle from when we dropped it off. You would assume the dealership could diagnose the problem and correct it better than anyone else. WRONG! Quality Auto Service in Somerset were the ones to fix the problem. Think twice before bringing your vehicle to Tasca for repair.

I had a very positive experience while going through the process of leasing my vehicle. Sales associate Nick was extremely helpful and supportive. I never felt any pressure from this dealership, and the team really seemed to work within my financial comfort zone. After multiple test drives within Tasca and at other dealerships, I felt doing business with Tasca Seekonk was the right move. Nick himself was very accommodating and respectful, he should be recognized by his sales team. I have the opportunity to continue to work with Tasca for service of my vehicle, and hope to update this rating to five stars in the future!

I live in North Carolina and was traveling when I discovered a tire was slowly leaking air. Brought the car to another store to replace the tire and discovered that after the last tire rotation (at a dealership in Missouri where I lived at the time) the wheel lock had disappeared. Took the car to Tasca Mazda expecting the worst--as a non-returning customer I was a bit suspicious that I would get priority service. But the folks in the service department got me out quickly, more quickly than their first estimate. Not too shabby! Id take the car back in a minute if I were in Rhode Island when trouble arose.

Wonderful experience! It was easy to make an appointment, the work was completed in a timely manner, and my car runs better than ever. Also, the person checking me in (cant remember his name unfortunately) was absolutely amazing. There was a line of people waiting to talk with him and he was clearly juggling an enormous number of tasks, but he was friendly, efficient, and super helpful. He truly excels at his job.

We arrived at the scheduled time, the vehicle service needs were discussed and agreed to, we were told that service would be about an hour and we were on our way in 45 mins and provided with one item for future service. Very impressed with the way I was received, the immediate service and the online scheduling.

I have never been to this place before, Just the phone call was bad enough to make me never go there. I called and the women who answered rudely transferred me to the Truck division. The guy who picked up that call was a complete Douche. so i told him i would call somewhere else. Terrible Customer Service.

They sold me a car with a bent front wheel and a starter that has problems. When I alerted the salesperson who sold me the car about the issues, his response was basically to shrug and say, bring it to our service department. Thats what constitutes "customer service" after you leave the showroom.

George in the Quicklube is the best service worker i have dealt with. I didnt feel ripped off when i left and he explained everything to me. also somebody in line was complaining about the phone system and he handled it well.
