i wouldnt recommend buying a car from this place #autodriveone. Five reasons why .. OVERPRICED, TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, THEY TRY TO "SWITCH" YOU FROM THE CAR YOU WANT TO ANOTHER CAR, HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION, STEREOTYPES IN CAR SALES. Having a good car buying experience means choosing the right dealership. But how do you know, at a glance, if a dealership is going to treat you well? ive compiled a list of tip-offs to help you spot the bad dealerships, so you can go elsewhere before you get too deep in the process. Of course, if you shop online you can minimize the dealership experience. But even then you will have to test-drive the car you are considering. As always, the best defense is preparation and knowledge so, without further ado, here is our list of warning signs. 1. Salesmen are hanging around out front of the dealership salivating 2. Your salesman suddenly disappears and another salesman takes over 3.You call the Internet department thinking youre getting the inside track, only to arrive at the dealership and find out that they have "set you up with" a regular salesman 4. Your salesman demands, "Follow me!" or "Wait here!" 5. When you tell them how much of a monthly payment you want, and the salesman says, "up to…?" 6. They try to "switch" you from the car you want to another car. 7. Youre talking with your laid-back salesman when a big scary guy suddenly comes in and sits down across from you 8. They say the advertised car is no longer available. 9. Your trade-in disappears and they say they have lost the keys. 10. You feel uncomfortable or intimidated.

This place is unbelievable. The worse experience ever.They were calling me for two weeks strait , i got approved for a loan so i decided to go when i get there. Theres no inventory to show the guy had to call somewhere to ask for the cars we had to do this each time i didnt like the cars the guy that was taking care of me was getting mad because he needed to keep on calling. They wanted me to get something i didnt want, the guy said buy the bullets because he says my credit sucks in front of a couple of people they start laughing and that is very unprofessional because if they called me and told me i got approved my credit is not that bad and if it is it doesnt need to be said he needs to learn how to work with People.(auto drive one saugus 1200 Broadway Saugus, MA 01906.)

The Bad Reviews are for those who have bad credit and cannot afford the car they want. Michael I dealt with in Natick, MA was customer service friendly. They did not try to cram me in a car, they offered a car we test drove it and didnt really like it. So we fell in love with another vehicle. Not only did the vehicle cost more and less mileage. But Michael was able to get the same low cost for the new vehicle with reasonable monthly payments of $77/week. This is a great way to build your credit. They have an open door policy, and are honest about their work. I recommend Auto Drive One in Natick. The car gets services and reviewed. Those who get cars from anywhere should get in inspected anyway.

This is the only place I know were if someone has a really low credit score but can prove there income and prove were they love they can get an auto loan and a good car. It might not be the car they love however it will be the car they need. The more money down the customer have the more options they have. This place fully services everything the sell and helps people get an approval. People can come here to rebuild there credit an even if they dont buy a car the managers go over thee credit report for free and tell the customers what they need to do to make it better.

I shouldve read the other reviews: Super huge scam--they lead you on, entrap you, and then mislead you with false information. I thought they would provide me with a good loan but then told me I could only buy a car from their inventory for a set cost and already knew something bad was going on. I came in for a private loan as they said they can easily accommodate that, then told me it was never true. Thank God I left--huge waste of time tho. Please take everyones review with full creditably that this place is awful.

Save yourself a headache and go here first. David, Michael and Maria were all great and easy to work with. The process was easy from start to finish and they were always available whenever I had a question throughout the process. David has also been wonderful in checking in to make sure everything is going well and I am satisfied.

Avoid this place at all costs. Customer service is these peoples last priority, all they are trying to do is make a buck. I have felt very manipulated and played by the employees at this company. Go to a more reputable dealer, it will be well worth it.
