Sold me a 2004 nissan altima.. they had the car for 4 days after i purchased it they told me they did all kinds of work on the car. A week later i had to bring it back because they didnt do any of the work. Again they told me it was fixed, said they did a full all around brake job on the car and checked it over did everything that needed to be done. Two weeks later still heard noises took it to another place all the struts were rotted and broken along with a rusted broken tie rod. Called vitale he was too busy to do any work and said there was nothing wrong anyways. Had the struts fixed then the brakes that were supposedly "all brand new" fell apart on the high way. Callipers were so rusted they fell apart. THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING!! JUNK!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a Jeep Liberty from this dealer last summer. Less than a year later the engine is gone. And we had been maintaining it. Found out the hard way from two mechanics that the engine in the car was salvaged and it appeared that some "work" was done on it. None of this was disclosed when we purchased the car. When we purchased the car Jimmy lied and told us the tires were brand new, when I called him out on it he did replace them which is why I did not leave a review initially. But now my daughter is without a car and we are out our money. I am posting this now so that someone else wont have to go through this same thing.

I am not the easiest person to deal with, according to my husband lol. Dave and Jim got that real quick. Not once during my car buying process which took I feel like forever did they give up on dealing with me in fact they worked harder to make me happy. Dave and Jim gave me piece of mind and met everyone one of my demands no matter how ridiculous. I am so happy with my Ford Edge and my husband plans on buying from Vitale Family Auto in the near future. I would recommend them to anyone they are great guys, easy to deal with.

I bought a 2006 dodge dakota and they Vitale Family Auto gave me a month warranty. Then 2 weeks after warranty and only having the truck for 6 weeks the timing chain went and bent the push rods. I had to get a new engine for over $3000 grand and still havent heard back from Vitale Family Auto. Filed a complaint with BBB and now going to small claims court. Not a good way to do business Vitale Family Auto

Bought a car from these guys in September, within the first week of purchasing I noticed acceleration problems and when I brought it back they fixed two small things and said I should be good. Now six months later the transmission is gone with a close to three thousand dollar fix for a car that cost five. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, LEMONS.

Bottom line these guys are wolves in sheeps clothing. Bought a BMW there that after 1 month I had to dump it at an auction and lost over $2500 because the amount of work it needed just to be safe. These guys will pretend to care but will take your money and not stand behind their vehicles. Run from this place...
