The staff is very friendly and the store is well-maintained, but the location was chosen poorly. The entrances and exits are located in inconvenient spots, and are often blocked by people attempting to park, and the drive-through line can often block both entrances completely. The parking lot is often full, even when the store seems to be only at half-capacity. In busy times, it is safer and faster to park across the street and walk to the store. The online ordering option seems to quicken the pace of retrieving an order, but one must first brave the parking area to get inside the store, and then catch the attention of one of the many employees who are busily attempting to keep up with the high quantity of orders. The online ordering and pickup process needs further refinement to be a good choice for the average consumer. Once one retrieves the order, things are much more pleasant in the restaurant. It‘s a shame that so much of the positive experience is damaged due to the chaos going on outside in the parking lot.

I travel every single week for my job all over the country and I have never been to such a horrible Starbucks in my entire life. I spend thousands a year at Starbucks and this was by far the worst experience I have had at one. I could not believe how horrible they make Starbucks coffee taste at this location. In addition its probably one of the slowest ones Ive ever been to. The staff was rude and They didnt seem to know at all what they were doing. Need better management to help this location. Horrible experience, will never return to this Starbucks again!

Hands down one of the most frustrating Starbucks on the planet. You can start your adventure looking for a place to park within 300 yards of the store. Next, for whatever reason you will need to wait for someone to take your order. But dont worry while you wait they will provide you with the entertainment of watching at least 8 employees for this small store. All of whom I assume park in the parking lot. At least the coffee is good. Hope you dont want half and half.

I lived in a town where there was also only one starbucks. That Sbux worked with their customers, allowed refills with proof of receipt for coffee purchase that day, and like I said WORKED with their patrons. I am disappointed with the "quality" of service here. They are strict with the "policies" which im well a are of but unfortunately it shows that they are not the customer-friendly starbucks I loved to go to in california. Dissapointed.

Great. They used my pic for a day of TERRIBLE service. I stood at the counter for 5 min. while the guy talked on the phone and five other people walked by and ignored me. Do NOT buy your coffee here. I would give it a ZERO if I could for poor service and poor management. I only took a pic to SHOW who was there that day that totally ignored me. I NEVER did get a coffee, even tho I went and sat at the table for 20 min.

My first Starbucks since I drove in from Seattle. The service, staff and coffee was great. It is nice to see a familiar place way out here in Oklahoma. It would make Corporate proud that the staff and managers are paving the way for more Starbucks fans around the vast country areas. To the Excellent staff....Thank you.

Pretty good drinks, but terrible food. Getting pricier every day. My advice is support a local shop and help them grow. Youll get better drinks, better service, and the food cant possibly be any worse.

My Starbucks store is in Bartlesville . I love the atmosphere, the batistas are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. I love Starbucks and My store !!!

I noticed one of the baristas here knows sign language and can communicate to deaf clientele. Thats just cool.
