Please find a nearby local coffee shop. Go to Sumatra or Shades of Brown, theyre about 5 mins away from 41st & Harvard; better atmospheres and better coffee. This Starbucks used to be great but has become particularly subpar, most of the staff has been so grumpy and unwelcoming everytime Ive gone in. I recently went in to get a cafe au lait, this one red head employee got so testy that I didnt call it a mitso....? He corrected me, and took the time to roll his eyes and sigh loudly enough to get the other 2 staff to look over. I laugh now, and the girl who rang me up apologized for him, but at the time it was a pretty uncomfortable experience. At least now I know to ask for a Mitso at Starbucks!! I get everyone has bad days but Ive encountered his testyness more than once. Dont work in a service oriented job if youre going to get overly upset when a customer doesnt know that a cafe au lait is a mitso at Starbucks -- those drinks are 2 different things by the way :] -- Support the local coffee spots that are nearby, youll have a much better/more memorable experience.

I went to this location a week or two ago, and while I ordered, the other barista was handling cleaning products, buckets and brooms. When came the time to make my drink, she didnt even wash her hands, she just dropped her stuff and started preparing my coffee. I thought it was so gross, the sink was right there, she could have easily washed her hands... but no.... I couldnt get myself to say something but I will not go there anymore. This is the second time I have a problem there. The first time, the barista was making my soy latte into a regular dairy container, Im the one who had to tell him that I would get sick if he would do that.

Great coffee,food and atmosphere ! Pretty much has everything you want in a coffee shop. The staff is super friendly and helpful ! This Starbucks doesnt feel like a crappy coffee chain ,you a personal experience and the staff soon knows you by name and is always there to great you with a warm smile and friendly smile!

Not the best location, for sure. All 3 employees just looked at one another...not sure who wanted to work.... It was a very awkward silence, that seemed like a lifetime...very strange Starbucks experience!! And no the Drink was not much better...:( Maybe a rough morning.??

I ordered a complicated drink from here, for my Low Carb Lifestyle and the Barista was very helpful & got everything right the first time. I was in and out of here from beginning to end in less than 4 minutes. Wow. Thanks Starbucks.

Out of all coffee shops, I chose this one because of the atmosphere and how its just so lovely. The greatest service- everyone gets along great! Most of all I love coffee and this is the best place to get it.

Good location sort of quiet and hidden but not so hidden that it doesnt fill up. Careful trying to swing by in a hurry weekday mornings, like most Starbucks its FULL.
