In short, I want to thank everyone at Chesen Laser Eye Center for a wonderful LASIK experience! The details why it was so wonderful as follows… I had multiple LASIK pre-qualification appointments at a number of LASIK eye centers in the Philadelphia area but felt most comfortable at Chesen Laser Eye Center. The other LAISK centers I visited made me feel like I was just walking dollar bills not caring much about me otherwise. At Chesen they make you feel that you are their only patient and ensuring the highest quality of service! Everyone in the office including Dr. Chesen himself provided me with a professional personable experience unlike any other LASIK centers I have visited. Honestly, this is the number one reason I chose Chesen for my LASIK and will more than likely change them to my primary eye care center. As for the LAIK results… I’m still shocked! Reading 15/20 the day after at the post opp. appointment…it was even better than what I was reading with contacts prior to LASIK. Dr. Chesen and his team did an awesome job with the prep work and hit the nail on the head with the laser settings. If you chose Chesen Laser eye Center for your LAIK I’m sure you will be just as happy!

What a wonderful experience throughout the entire process I had. Dr. Chesens office staff is always so polite and informative. Things always run as scheduled for every visit I have had, I have never waited for a scheduled appointment. The Dr is wonderful and the surgery was terrific. I still appreciate not wearing contacts and its 3 months later. Highly recommended.

I normally dont like or need to complain but I did not have a good experience at Chesen. Initially told my insurance would be acceptable for the examination then told no. Told several times I would receive a call back which never happened and the office manager was uncooperative and argumentative. Ill go someplace else

Had PRK performed a little over a year ago and couldnt be happier with the results! The results were noticeable within the first week of the procedure. It is wonderful not having to wear glasses anymore (actually, I forget I ever wore them). I would and do highly recommend Dr. Chesen.

I was absolutely terrified to have the LASIK surgery and Dr. Chesen and his staff were all so sweet and made me feel so comfortable every time I was in the office! The surgery was easier then I expected and Im so glad that I had it done and that I choose Dr. Chesen to do it!!

Love the fact that everyone was so kind! Loving my results. No complications at all. It feels so great to be able to wake up and see right away. Wish I did this long time ago. I do recommend anyone whose a candidate for the lasik to do it. You wont regret it!!

Dr. Chesen did my lasik eye surgery back in 2005. I still have 20/20 vision today and have never regretted having this surgery. I have recommended Dr. Chesen to a few friends who also had the surgery with wonderful results.

Wonderful and caring staff. Great experience. Lasik left me seeing 20/15. Minimally invasive, virtually painless....my only regret was not having done it 5 years ago! So excited to be rid of my contact and glasses routine.
