I would not recommend going here. Everything from setting up the exam to the billing and verifying the prescription was a frustrating process. No one could figure out billing since my coverage is through my health insurance (4 different people called me trying to figure it out) and couldnt figure it out until I showed up for the exam. When I went to order the contacts from them, I couldnt get anyone to call me back (called at 10 AM, was told "Im the only person here and Im with a patient. Ill call you back.") until 5 minutes before I walked in the door (5:45 PM) asking for a print out of my prescription to order online. Once I ordered the contacts online, no one could reach the office for two days. They said the phone was busy every time they called so my order was held up because they could not verify the prescription. They are understaffed and not organized. The front desk person was pretty rude when I showed up and asked for my prescription to order contacts somewhere else. Maybe the other locations are better, but dont go to this location.

I was literally yelled at by the doctor for not bringing in contacts when I had been told not to. She was incredibly unprofessional and spoke to me in a manner that I did not appreciate. I would never go to this person again she was so rude that I almost walked out. After I came back with my contacts, she began yelling at me in front of everyone in her waiting room. People actually left after that because they felt bad for me. I suggest no on go to her because she does not know how to speak to people.

Very good service. If youre looking for eyeglasses ask for Clara. Shes very helpful and has a great eye for which glasses will look good and fit your face and personality.
