this published under the wrong eye doctor. Should be Chester County Opticians in Downingtown. Too lazy to do their jobs so I had to. Several members of my family have been patients here for years but after today, I will never go back. The desk staff did not recognize my sons insurance card and I explained that I was told to give them the card and they would be able to run it to find my benefits. They said they could not do that because there were too many websites they would need to check. There is clearly an 800 number on the card for providers, like any other medical card, but being too lazy or unprofessional (they were not busy at the time) they would not call. Instead, I had to. By the time I got the information they needed (which would have taken them mere minutes), they told me that because it had taken so long I would need to reschedule my appointment. I took time off of work for this appointment. I have no idea when I can take off again and my son needs new glasses to be able to see at school. With so many walk-in eye doctors and so many other practices in town, I will happily give my hard earned money to one of them.

These people are so unprofessional and not willing to help at all. God forbid u have a question about anything because the front desk personal will roll her eyes and look away like she is deaf. And the doctor could care less about helping u. I asked why the selection of frames was so minuscule and he response I got was "it just is - go somewhere else if u like". So rude and honestly dont even know why they are wasting their time when they dont even care about wanting ur business.

I had some trouble with being surprised by pricing of services. I would definitely be clear about what the costs will be of what youre getting done. But they responded to my confusion and made it right. Im grateful for that.

It was a bad experience: I ask the doctor what is my diagnoses her respond was I wouldnt understand So her diagnosis was (I need glasses ) I dint receive any paper work regarding my exam total mess.

My husband and I go here. We arent too picky with opticians and they get the job done. We basically just go here to get our contact prescription and then order online.
