Very classy and unique store! Always guaranteed to find what I need. All gifts are beautifully wrapped. Kip is incredibly kind always welcoming me, asking if he can help me. His staff are always kind, and friendly willing to offer assistance. If I call and kip answers he always asks if theres something he can help me with...."EXCELLENCE TO THE MAX IN EVERY WAY....." LOVE SHOPPING IN SUCH A LOVELY ENVIRONMENT WHERE THEY EVEN KNOW YOU BY NAME⚘ Josh is very sweet and helpful downstairs also. Thankyou kindly for such an incredible store Kip!!!! If you want some incredible bridal jewelry for your special day this is the place to go! I had a custom designed necklace and earrings made for me from a designer that Crimsin ridge carries called Lori Frantz Koenig and she created exactly what I was wanting and at a fairly decent price too! I was amazed how helpful the sales person was (sorry didnt get her name) and they even wrapped my bridesmaid gifts up beautifully too. Thanks Crimsin Ridge for helping make my wedding day special. I only wish I had gotten my flowers from here too

I ordered flowers from here couple of times online; and paid for "premium" every time. What they delivered was not even close to their "standard" version. While placing my order online for the second time, I even contacted them in advance and brought this to their attention. Despite their promise, they did the same mistake again. I ended up paying ~$145 for the premium. Most of us work hard for our money and also its embarrassing to see something different being delivered vs what you paid for. I found it so unfair... so unfair...

I didnt want to leave there. From the minute we walked in we were welcomed warmly by numerous employees offering any assistance they could provide. They took the time to wrap our purchases extra nice and gave us each a dozen free tulips (probably since my sister purchased a $250 purse) but made us feel like royalty the entire visit... I had a hard time walking out of the store and cant wait to visit Rockford again to go back there! We need more stores like this one in this great country!

Unfortunately not thrilled with this place. Ordered a very expensive bouquet to be delivered. Was nothing like the photo online. I understand the "substitution policy" however the flowers werent substituted...they were simply left out. Online it showed a gorgeous wild flower bouquet lots of small flowers & what was delivered was around 8 large flowers that didnt even go well together whatsoever. I hVe contacted them to see if things can be made right. We will see.

Ive been using them for over 8 years 3 to 4 times a year. They ALWAYS have the freshest flowers! ! And some of the best and personal customer service from a store Ive EVER had! ! Alot of times the last couple of years I just call in a order and explain what I want .. and once there delivered they are ALWAYS even bigger and better then I had expected! ! Very friendly and wide variety of extras to choose from! ! WOULDNT RECOMMENDED ANYONE ELSE! !

A Sales Associate helped me find just the right Mothers Day for my wife. This boutique is always super busy, but extremely well-run. I was in/out quickly with flowers and a nicely wrapped gift. Kip and his Team do an excellent job providing a comfortable, yet elegant atmosphere. Great local florist and large gift/ jewelry store. Great customer service with staff always willing to help! They wrap gifts for free and make the simplest of gifts look beautiful. They carry a wide variety of gifts/items- purses, jewelry, clothes (mostly womens, but there are some mens items), drink ware, bath and body, garden items, etc. Usually my first stop to buy gifts!

Walk in the door and get ignored! Shop some more and watch the help talk to each.....check out at the register and have not a single pleasantry exchanged with the help....no "thank you" or "have a nice day"! I think the good people of Rockford need to send a message and take their business elsewhere.....where their dollar is actually appreciated.

My wedding was a year ago and after meeting other several florists I decided to check out Crimson Ridge. They gave me the best prices and I got enough one-on-one time with the florist. Also my (then) fiancé who lived in Florida had flowers delivered to my house with ease. We love this place and recommend it to anyone.

If you go to Crimson Ridge ask for Kip. He is the most helpful and easy going person youll ever meet. He doesnt talk strictly Jewelry to you. Hell ask you what youre doing in life and just have an amazing conversation with you. He is phenomenal at picking out just the right Jewelry for your girl.

I ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral. Not being from the area, I just googled floral shops in the Rockford/Belvidere area. They did BEAUTIFUL arrangements!!! Some of the most gorgeous arrangements Ive ever seen!!! And I thought reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!!
