The associates specifically at the registers need better customer service skills!!! EXCUSE ME, PLEASE, THANK YOU, and I APOLOGIZE are still in the English dictionary!!!! The associates that work the customer service desk are rude!!!...as I was next in line to get my groceries scanned the customer service assoc comes over and scans another customers grapes on my ticket to get a price check apparently...neither the cashier nor the CS Assoc. says excuse me or apologizes for just jumping in front of my purchase for another customer!!! I will stick with GIANT!!!

I frequently shop here for groceries. The checkout lines are usually short which allows for a quick dash in and out if needed. I think their meat selection could be better. I do not recommend going here after dark there is usually an armed security officer standing in front. It just makes me feel uneasy, I asked a cashier about it and she said that people have been know to try and run out the store without paying. I only shop here because it is close by and the lines are short but the variety is really lacking in meats.

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE DELI MAN.I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY DELI SPECIALITY SELECTION OF CHESSE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPED SO AS NOT TO BE SO DIFFICULT TO SEPARATE IN THE MORNING FOR MY WORK SANDWICHES. THIS MAN REFUSED AND STAYED IT IS NOT STORE POLICY WITH AN ADDITUDE LIKE YOU MUST BE CRAZY. THIS IS THE FIRST THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME.

Surprised, Food Lion in this area has always been a bit of a after thought, and then we had that whole Bloom thing. My prior experience was a Store that reeked of the fish counter and was in need of a deep clean. The one here in Waldorf was clean, well stocked, and did not stink of old fish.

This is definitely not the best market ever. This store is good for canned/frozen/packaged goods.They have quite a few items in those security containers that the staff has to unlock. Security is always available, and the some of the staff really tries to be nice.

I like shopping at the Food Lion where I live. The store is always clean and shining. When I am there I go by my list but always get more. The items are so well stocked that it is fun taking just one item out of line

The prices are great and the staff is helpful. The only critic I have is that, the store is lacking a few items that we would buy on a regular basis ie sauces and a few other miscellaneous items.

Hate that they closed the one in Accokeek and made it a Weis. Love the deals here as well as the everyday prices. I have never had a bad experience in Food Lion. This one is no exception.
