This was a very positive experience! I live in California and cook there most of the time and there are certain cuts of meat that are popular on the West Coast that the East Coast has no idea about. I called on the phone and ask them if they could do a certain kind of cut and I was told right away that they would be glad to do it for me. I showed up an hour later and asked for that kind of meat and the butcher said yeah come on over here Ive got you. He cut the meat right in front of me, asked me if I wanted anything special done in preparation of the meet. And then ask me if there was anything else that I needed. The staff were super helpful. Also a good supply of spices, rubs, and smoked salt that I also picked up. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Service and quality products. I stopped by last year for some London Broil and chicken to cook on the grill. The service was friendly, quick and top notch quality. Ill definitely be back this year again. Stop in and give them a try - you wont be sorry!
