Meat from the local grocery stores just doesnt have the same appeal. I buy chicken in bulk periodically (great rates), Ive had a fillet roast, random steaks - nothing has disappointed me. My mom says their beef tastes like it did when she was a kid. Im not sure what that means but there is a significant difference in the taste from other sources. Nothing beats asking a butcher for your steak and them wrapping it up for you. That superficial aspect of the situation really adds to the over all experience as well. Thanks Butcher Boys!
