I found this place on Instagram & the pictures looked great! I read the reviews on Google & they were great as well! We were looking for a good butcher to grab some steaks for New Years Eve dinner. I ended up spending ~$130 on various items due to the reviews on Google. Everything was made on site according to the pleasant young man waiting on us. The hot dogs, jambalaya & Italian hoagie werent very good at all. The jambalaya was like mush & I paid $30 for two Styrofoam cups full... One had burnt scrappings mixed with the jambalaya, it was literally gross

I wish there was a zero or negative star offering. This place is the worst. It wasnt always this way. When I first started going here there was a gentlemen by the name of Joe. He was a pleasure to deal with and I felt comfortable bringing my business here ($80-$100 a month). Then a bald, angry man took over. He has most likely never heard of the word customer service. Extremely rude and ill-mannered. I will never return. And according to him, he doesnt care. Way to run a business into the ground....

Since we moved to this area a few years ago, I have never been disappointed with the meats and other products which are sold at Trios. Ive always found the atmosphere to be friendly and welcoming; besides meat, they offer homemade soups, homemade hot dogs and kielbasa and much more. My family loves it. Best of all Im glad to know that Im being sold quality and fresh meats,.. Check out the website; better yet, check out the store and support a fine local business..

The Italian hoagie is one of the best in the Lehigh Valley. Jalapeno cheddar sausage and East Texas smokie sausage are incredible. I lived within an hour of Milwaukee and these sausages were as good as any from the sausage capital. Pierogies were very good too. Very good flavored potato and cheese filling. I will be going back there frequently.
