I was there at 10 am this morning and had the butcher cut me a sirloin. He did not show me the steak before he wrapped it. When I opened the package to grill, the steak was more than half fat and laden with grizzle. I did not think to ask to see the meat as when I lived on the north side I went there daily and was never disappointed. I will never return. Dinner for two and not even steak to salvage to feed a five year old.
