Excellent service! Thank God they fixed my flashed s3 so fast it took over 3 days to eventually get my phone fixed. I had went to the corporate cricket store on Dixie hwy several times of me going there and them not being able to do anything for me or wouldnt shall I say. I Went to the clarksville store and within a few hours my phone was like new! Thank God for that guy I was going to loose my mind. One of the better cricket stores the other ones are ghetto.

Mixed about this one. Should have been 2 stars sometimes 5 others. One time I go in employees are great (especially) guy with gauged ears and smaller dark skinned girl who is great! The next time there is 10 people in line and one person working. I leave

It used to be good until AT&T took them over. Didnt get a 16g internal phone. It will be about a year in August. I was lie to by cricket. Cricket Customer service didnt used to be that way. Until at&t took them over.
