Best customer service I have ever encountered. I was dreading the task of switching my carrier to T-mobile because of past experiences of dealing with cell phone service providers. But todays visit to the Dixie Hwy. store was a complete pleasure. Store manager Dewayne Barbour was one of the most courteous, professional, and engaging customer representatives I have ever encountered. I didnt have all the information that was needed to keep my number and Dewayne went above and beyond his job to help me. Outstanding! !!.
