Absolutely horrendous service. I initially went into this store to switch a cellphone from Verizon to ATT. The individual working, ported over the wrong phone number to the account- causing the Verizon users to go without phones for several days. I was promised a $100 credit to my directTV due to this SNAFU and had to call a total of 3 times before it was "credited to my account". A month later, I get a bill stating this credit was NEVER put on my account and that my bill is late. In addition, I was charged for the wrong number that was ported over. After 45 minutes on the phone one morning I FINALLY got this issue ironed out. I go into the ATT store today to purchase 2 new iphones and a tablet and was given even WORSE service. When Lauren casually watched TV while my account loaded instead of engaging in conversation about my issues with the tablet. Another customer walked in and she began to work on his account and did not say "I will be just a moment" or anything. I was completely ignored, so I left. I called in to get the store managers name and Laurens name and she said "WHY DO YOU NEED IT? I WAS JUST MAKING COPIES." Terrible customer service, incredibly rude. I will be contacting the Store Manager and posting my review on every site that I can find. Sadly, this is the last straw with AT&T. I will be making a switch to Verizon due to the terrible customer service I have received at this store.

Can I give a negative star? Do NOT buy accessories here. We are switching to Sprint because of their appualing lack of customer sevice. We bought screen protectors, they applied them, they look like crap, and they wont refund us. They went as far as saying they cant do refunds. BOLOGNA!!!! We came into to ask about adding two additional lines to our plan. This was a good conversation and the staff was knowledable. The issue is with the accesorries and lack of follow through. The issue I have is that the screen protector we bought from them was misapplied. We were told to wait a few days to see if it got better. After a few days it looked like a blind mouse applied the screen. When my wife went in to talk with them about it she got the run around. The male there tried to tell her its supposed to look like that. Are you kidding me the Galaxy S 8+ is supposed to have air bubbles are on the screen and peel of in the corners. The store manager said they dont have any more in stock and they wont sell them because well they are junk. We have a receipt, the original packaging, its less then a week old and no refund. Tgey lost a customer ocer a $30 screen protector.

Had a problem with my iPhone and stopped in to this location today. Vinny was the person who approached me first, as soon as we walked through the door. He was very friendly and overall happy. He listened to exactly what was going on and had no problem explaining the issue and went ahead and fixed it for me. My kids all have iPads also and they were having trouble with some apps so he also looked into that for me and fixed that problem. He was super polite understanding and very knowledgeable about everything I had questions on. He interacted with all my kids and they just loved him. I will definitely be returning to this location And asking for Vinny to handle ALL my needs from here on out!

What a great team! I have been into a few AT&T stores but none of them were as helpful and welcoming as this crew! Lauren answered all of my questions and got everything perfectly set up for me and my family. I wish I could leave more than five stars because they deserve it! We will definitely be coming back to this AT&T in the future.
