This store is not really customer service oriented. We arrived with two new phones we purchased from apple and samsung. All we were looking for was help activating the phones. After learning we werent authorized users, we contacted family and set up the accounts. When looking online -- as they directed - to add as an authorizing user, there wasnt a place to do so. They explained that it must be the website. After getting frustrated about setting up the full account for my family and still not getting help. They stated that we could always call Sprint and set up over the phone. Setting up the phone was FAR easier on the phone than in person. Im more of a face-to-face customer and truly appreciate the help from people vs. an automated machine. I dont understand the point of even going into a store anymore when you can just activate your phones, buy phones, pay bills online and even set up a sprint account. You would think that the store would be more accommodating since stores seem to be diminishing. I would just think that they staff would have offered to help call and set up considering I had all the pin numbers and passwords for the account provided from while I was on a call with family right in front of them! No need for this stores help...

FRIENDLY PEOPLE BUT YET TELL ME NEVER TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE "THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR TALKING ABOUT"-(Store manager) quoted. Yet when i call customer service they end up fixing the situation and giving me CORRECT INFO and often times crediting my account with money to lower my balance. Service reception is fine, and one sales member Johdan is GREAT WITH HIS CUSTOMER CARE- outside of that, they dis acknowledge your presence in the store and act as if u dont matter and dont want to help u with anything unless your spending money with them

Horrendous Customer Service !!! Also, it Clearly states this STORE LOCATION is OPEN UNTIL *9:00 PM*. I called at 7:55 PM *****, and got an Automated message Stating the STORE WAS ***CLOSED***. BEFORE Even ****8:00 PM*** I Have Had it with SPRINT!!!!!! As Soon AS I AM ABLE, I WILL BE SWITCHING MY CELL PHONE CARRIER ****AS SOON AS POSSIBLE****

Since switching 2 years Ive not had any problems with service, customer service, or my plan. The negative feedback on here is about an apparent stolen dog with no correlation to Sprint as a company. A guy who cannot type a complete sentence whose phone was shut off due to not paying his bill. Seems like Sprint isnt the problem.

We had an impressive experience! Very knowledgeable and if they dont have an answer they went over and beyond to help me. Called me back when they said they would, and even followed up with me when I didnt call them back :)

This is by far the nicest Sprint store I have ever been to. After a short wait Kevin helped me with what I needed quickly and was super nice about everything. This will be the only sprint store I ever go to now.

Hell has to be better than this place. There was a sales associate that made the comment that he goes slow so that people will walk out and leave and he will do less. Worst store on the planet. RUN AWAY!!!!!

Very disrespectful. Mislead and try to sell plans with lot of hidden terms in it. Ended up paying lot more than what phone costs with not less than 2 weeks for bad coverage and customer care.

Sprint is terrible. This store has messed up everything about our switch from Verizon, from not reporting that we turned in our old phones to telling us the wrong price we will be paying.

Store is understaffed, staff is typically helpful. Sprint needs to work on the corporate stores. Independent stores are killing it in service and staff.
