Called cell pharmacy Rx last week and they didnt have the screen I needed. (Black, iPhone 5c) they recommended a guy here. I called and he told me he could have my screen fixed in no time. I show up, get the screen fixed, and leave. 100$ and about 12 hours later(letting the phone reset and restore) I unlock it and the keyboard wouldnt work for messages. I set it down planning to call the wireless store Monday and troubleshoot. Picked the phone up the next morning and it has two pressure cracks through the glass. Not pressure cracks from the outside, pressure cracks from the inside. I called and explained my situation as they have a 30 day warranty on their repairs, to my knowledge at least. I was told I couldnt be believed on the accusation that I broke the brand new screen and digitizer in it within 12 hours of paying to have it fixed. Odd. I called cell pharmacy Rx and they ordered the screen right away and came and picked up my broken phone, that I just replaced three days prior. Under little investigation, simply because they know how to remove the screen, it was found that two screws were in the wrong place, and one wrong screw fried parts of the motherboard, and the other cracked the screen from beneath. I do hope you take this into consideration when choosing where you spend your money seeing that Im out of my money for a 12 hour fix, and overall a phone broken more than it was when I brought it to this establishment to have I fixed. Thank you, hometown wireless, for caring about your customers, your products, your technical work, and for ruining my phone. Wouldnt go back to this place if it was the last phone store in hardin county.

My experience at Hometown Wireless of Elizabethtown has been exemplary. The two men here who have helped me have displayed considerable generosity and marked intelligence, especially relative to the primary Bluegrass offices and stores in Elizabethtown, which are often employed by individuals whose knowledge of phones seems less than satisfactory - I would even go so far as to say they demonstrate complete and utter incompetence and disregard for customers welfare, often even condescending to those whose technical knowledge is not the most refined, despite their own lackings and shortcomings. Instead, the guys at Hometown Wireless are eager to offer their time, answer questions, and generally help customers understand anything which they might not - all without being pushy or exploitative. Hometown Wireless also offer speedy and reliable repairs, all while you watch, if you care to, and quickly and accurately diagnose any issues that may cause your phone to behave abnormally or to not function at all.

I enjoyed meeting Jim and Bill at Hometown Wireless. They were aware of what they were doing, answered any questions that I had about their products and service of Bluegrass Cellular, they gave me referral cards to give to my friends and family that let me earn $25 for each person that signed up for a plan of any kind. They were very honest about what they do and they were very sincere. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. I will only go there for my cellphone needs.

Today I went by to get my phone fixed. My head phone broke off and I needed it repaired today. It took exactly an hour to get it fixed and it works great. The service was very good they where polite and understanding. Ive also been by before to get my screen fixed and at the time they were also very nice and polite. If you need something done check here first because their prices are great and service is great too

Amazing service! My husband upgraded his phone, and I traded in my old smartphone to get a phone and added on to his account. They helped us pick out phone cases and gave us both glass screen protectors for free. Fast, friendly service and they explain everything so you have all your questions answered and then some you didnt think of. 10/1 would recommend.

Very simple and fast process of renewing my Bluegrass contract and trading in my phone. My questions were answered without hesitation and they did all of the communicating with Bluegrass to make it a painless experience. Unless I absolutely have to go to the Bluegrass store for anything, I will be going back to Hometown Wireless.
