For the life of my I cannot remember her name, but the girl who closed the store by herself on March 3rd, 2015 was one of the most personable people Ive ever met! She helped us transfer our stuff over from our old phones to our new iPhones, and she never once complained that I had upwards of 2,000 photos!! We really appreciated her taking the time to get to know us and converse with us to make sure she was doing all she could to help us out. We spent almost two hours in the Sprint store that night, and it was actually an enjoyable experience!! I can tell she is a hard worker, and and asset to the team there. Thanks so much for all you did for us, I hope next time we come in youre working!

The absolute worst experience!!! Mitchell didnt care about helping us at all. He was on his phone the whole time, very short, drinking his energy drink. He should be fired!! We walked out and told them we were going all the way to Dunlap for a better experience and he didnt care. All the reviews said this was the best store so we went there instead of our normal location. A big waist of time and gas!

This location has a phenomenal Store Manager. Her business cards says her name is Stephanie. Shes very knowledgeable, personable and resourceful. She was able to resolve several complicated issues in a short timeframe as well as make some useful tweeks to my phone. I would highly endorse this location because of her professionalism.

Stephanie the manager was really smart and helped me get the big GB iphone 6s plus! She also gave me a discount on a case and screen protector. Store is kind of small, but they make up for the space with great customer service and awesome pricing!
