After days of struggling with customer service representatives, tracking down the hyper specific phones my siblings asked for, we eventually found them in Warsaw, Indiana. After calling the store to confirm they had the items in stock, I spoke with David(store manager) who assured me that there were plenty in stock and that he would take care of us personally when we came in. My father and I drove from Chicago, on our great Christmas pilgrimage back to the area which all of our family resides in Ohio. Thats about 4 hours of driving to the middle of Indiana. Upon arriving I found David and we were immediately handed off to some other lowly employee named Danny. Danny was nice, Danny tried too hard. Danny wasnt very good at his job of customer service. I will be the first to admit that once issues started to arise we could slowly watch Danny crumble into a panic. After he kept reaching some kind of inventory issue he asked if I would assist him with ordering the phones. Ive never had this happen, or have I ever seen it happen. But as someone who doesnt enjoy spending 4 hours in a small, disgusting, poorly maintained Verizon store, I leapt behind the counter and started processing the phones we were interested in. Everyone saw that I was behind their counter AND I had uninterrupted access to Dannys personal Verizon wireless employee account. No one even protested the fact that I was serving myself while the dimwitted Warsaw native, Danny was downloading applications and searching for new games to play WHILE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ASSISTING CUSTOMERS. After about 45 minutes the order was finished. We checked the units in stock and as it turns out they in fact did not have the phones we had driven in for. But they offered to compensate with waiving pointless fees and shipping the phones to us by the December 27th, guaranteed. But, to our surprise (lets be honest, it is Verizon, no one was surprised.) the shipment was bumped up to January 6th. There is a glaringly massive difference between two days after Christmas and a business week after January 1st. After this experience weve decided to move our account to T-Mobile. There have been so many issues with Verizon over the years and now that no one has a contract with phones or plans anymore its the opportune time to be gone with the stale, stagnant realm of Verizons monopoly.

Our experience started out a little rough, but it did get better. First, the phone: They forgot to ask us about putting insurance on our new phone. Once we brought it up, he did apologize and said he would get it put on. He also recommended a glass protector which cost around $35 but we are wanting to insure the phone anyhow, so really didnt look like it was that big of a deal. Three days later we drop the phone accidentally and it did break significantly. We went online to see what the insurance actually covered only to find out that the phone did not have insurance on it. I was pretty steamed thinking that we were going to get stuck buying another phone at the full price, however when we went back to the store, the salesman did recall our conversation from a few days earlier, owned up to the mistake WITHOUT any hassle, and was going to exchange the phone at no charge. I was actually just hoping to have to pay the replacement fee, so what a blessing it was to here THAT news! Second, the screen protector: As I mentioned earlier, it costs $35 and its recommended that you register it online in the event your phone DOES break, you get a new one for shipping cost only. We registered it, but it turns out you have to send the old one back as well. Didnt know that... it was still on the phone that broke... the phone that broke and had already been sent back. Passed this info on to our salesman and he apologized and said that he wasnt aware of that requirement either. He took HIS phone out of his pocket (same model that we had purchased) and took HIS screen protector off and gave it to us. Now, working there, he might have gotten another one free or at a lower cost, but that doesnt matter, it was the principal behind the action! Very cool, and again, very blessed! If he reads this, he will know its him that were talking about. This should actually be a 3 1/2 to 4 star rating.

I have visited this store several times and have had the same experience over and over. Customer service reps were rude, acted like they had no time to work with you, got out tiny little flashlights to inspect my phone for damage that I had potentially caused before they would grant my warranty. They are always overly busy and it shows in their customer service. If you want better customer service and reps that actually take their time and are patient and friendly with customers check out the Cellular Connection store near Kohls in Warsaw. They can do everything that the Verizon store on Frontage Rd can do with your verizon acct.

My experience with this Verizon store has been tremendous. Last week I was there to upgrade my phone. I told them what I wanted, the sales rep went and got it, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Didnt try selling me things I didnt want, didnt waste my time. Overall a very smooth transaction. Tonight, I went there to add an iPad to my account. Les was PHENOMENAL. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this store and its staff to anyone!

The service and friendliness of this store has gone way downhill almost to the point that i am considering driving to Fort Wayne. The past few times i have gone in, whether they were busy or not, that barely even acknowledge a customer and they wait 15 mins or more to even greet a guest and then act like a customer is an inconvenience.

Very helpful staff. They are happy to troubleshoot, make phone recommendations, and even suggest solutions when you drop your phone in the toilette and need the cheapest replacement possible (DAMHIKT). That being said. Prices for cell service in the US are absolutely ridiculous.

Only Verizon store I will go into. Have bought all of our company phones and person phones with this store. Always eager and great help. Understanding that sometimes you dont need everything with the phone but just the basics

Every time Ive been there I was treated with respect and a lot of patience. Being an older person I had a lot of questions and they were answered with terms I could understand. Thank you for having great customer service.

Staff is only concerned with their commission. Never had a "GOOD" experience here, do your research and help yourself, because if you dont want to buy the absolute biggest plan, theyre not interested in selling to you.
