This store is a joke. It is NOT a corporate store and therefore not held to the same standards and regulations as a corporate store. I had no idea it wasnt a corporate store or I would have never went in there. I was lied to and told I couldnt use my insurance to replace my phone because the screen was cracked. Instead I was told I could "upgrade" to a new phone, but I had to get the same galaxy note 4 as I aleeady had. How is that an upgrade?? Then I was told I could get a 200 dollar "rebate"to cover the cost of my old phone which Verizon will charge me for because I cant return it because its damaged. I will also need to sign another two year contrat. This whole ordeal took over an hour because first their computer supposedly went down and then LeAnn didnt know what she was doing and messed the transaction up. There were at least five people behind the counter talking and laughing and if she hadnt been so involved in their conversation she could have done her job better. I still have not gotten my so called rebate and meanwhile Verizon is charging me for upgrading and not returning my old phone. I called Verizon customer service and there is nothing they can do because this isnt a corporate store The store manager Andy is rude and very unprofessional and Jesse the area marketing director is no better. I feel totally scammed. DO NOT give this store your business.

I thought I broke my iPhone and with less than two months till Im eligible for an upgrade, I visited this store with plans to transfer my data to an older phone. Ken assisted me first and I explained my situation. As he began looking for options the other associate, Luca, asked to see my phone to see if he could fix it. Both men were extremely courteous, relaxed, and even funny. Ken suggested a few different inexpensive options in phone replacement because he knew I preferred to stick to an iPhone (my old phone was not an iPhone) and only needed something for a couple months, but unfortunately none of them would work out as we hoped. I was not pressured at all to commit to anything, he just wanted to give me every available option. During this time Luca managed to restart my phone and got it working again. I opted to stick with my current phone and wait till my eligibility date to upgrade. However because of friendly and knowledgeable customer service I received from both reps I will definitely buy my new phone at this location. I am actually excited to go back to this Verizon location! It was definitely a pleasant change of pace from my previous experience at the Verizon store in Nora. I would highly recommend this Verizon retailer in Traders Pointe over just about every other location in Indy. Please ask for Ken or Luca - they were great!

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I wanted to upgrade my phone from iphone 5 to Iphone 7. The salesperson Cory told me that I need to upgrade my date plan from 6Gb to 8Gb to get the promotion thats going on right now which is for a trade in value of my old device of $200. I did that and when I went home and tried to do it online as he told me to trade in my old device. there wasnt any promotion and I called them up and they said OH MY BAD the promotion expired a day before you came in to the store...... not only that I didnt get the promotion that I was promised but they wouldnt put my plan back to what it was the 6 Gb they said they dont offer it anymore??? I cant believe the lying and tricking to sell me the new iphone and to change my plan to higher Gb

Where do I start I had the BEST sales person by the name of Billy Jean he went above and beyond to help me with the switch from AT&T I had been with them for over ten years & I hate change but he made it very easy & enjoyable. Also Jake helped out hes the best to! Im sending all my family to see Billy he was so kind and patient and with me being a single mother he found me all the deals! I lovvvvvveeee my new phone& my daughter cried when she saw hers so we are definitely a happy customer! EVERYBODY GO ASK FOR BILLY YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
