The customer service here goes above and beyond, and I could not have walked out of the store any happier. I came in because I had completely worn out my old phone, and I was not prepared to purchase a new one yet. Nick spent a lot of time with me helping me to carefully review my options, and he made sure that all my needs were met for a price that I could afford. I actually live in north Indy, but I will continue to make the drive up to Zionsville for all of my cell phone needs from now on!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Sales people dont know their product, they dont care if the customer is happy. Everytime Ive been there they have taken at least 2-3 hours to figure out what would seem to be common knowledge for their area of work. Worst of all the sales people have blatantly lied to me about prices more than once and their attitudes are condescending, arrogant, and rude. The "manager", Mandy seems to lead the team in the unacceptable behavior. DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

The store was severely understaffed. 3 other people came in and left because the wait was too long. Worst of all was the sales rep there. He acted very arrogant and would not accept my choice of phone. He even tried to lie about a promotion just to get the sales bonus for himself. I wish I remembered his name. I just hope other sales reps there are better than him.

Displeased to say the least. I was talked into getting a "free" tablet that now has caused my bill to go up $40 a month even after confirming with the sales rep that it would NOT change my monthly bill. Now im stuck with $300+ left on a device payment agreement for a device I can purchase unlocked for $100 elsewhere.

Dont advertise that youre open until 8 pm Saturday if your sign says 7 pm and your doors are locked. I am not a fan of wasting time and gas.
