Over a year ago, I signed up for Internet and cable at this store. At that time, some commitments were made to me (both verbally and in writing) that would be honored at the end of the year if I dropped cable and just kept the Internet. Well, the year came up over a month ago, and I canceled my cable just like I originally said. However, the commitment I believed had been made was not being honored. The manager who made me the commitment had since moved to Fishers store, but I felt it still best to deal with the store where I originally did business with. I stopped by in person, made repeated calls (with promises of return calls that never came), and was told the store would contact the original manager, but after a month of hassle, there was still no resolution. So I called the manager of the Fishers store (who seemed to me like he had never even been told of my issue), and we were able to come to a satisfactory solution the same day! So if you want to waste your time getting stonewalled by store reps and previous promises not honored, then by all means go to this store. Otherwise, look elsewhere!

Horrible dishonest people who told me I would be without my phone for 3 days if I filed an insurance claim (which turned out not to be true), sent me to a 3rd party store to get the screen fixed in order to do an upgrade which I did not want or need. Once the manager told me otherwise I did not want to go through with the sale but they basically said to "please swipe" and pay when I told them I did not want to. Called the 800 number to complain and manager basically lied and said they never told me I would be without my phone. I ended up paying over $400 for the repair and upgrade when all I needed to do was pay $149 to file an insurance claim on the phone.

I liked the service until I had the privilege to talk to the owner, Matt. A ruder manager I havent met! He couldnt have cared less about my concerns, when I told him that I wanted to come and talk to him face to face , I was told to not bother because tomorrow , 9/25/2015, was going to be busy! Ok then, here I go taking 8 lines and two AT&T Uverse accounts to another provider. I guess a customer who pays $500 a month for their services is not important and not worth the bother! Ironically enough the store on 86th street provided me with the phone number for my concern, it was quite simple to answer!!!

This Michigan Rd AT&T store is the best in the city. My husband & I were there today to upgrade his I Phone and Corey was the best rep. we have ever had. He was knowledgeable, courteous, polite, friendly and we left with a new phone. Jullian assisted us also and had the same attributes as Corey. We have visited 3 other locations in Carmel and this Michigan Rd store surpasses them all. Absolutely the best phone experience we have ever had with AT&T. If you want a stress free phone purchasing experience, please go to this store! Thank you Corey & Jullian for all your help.

Went in to fix a botched port to a prepaid provider and I couldnt get the provider to fix it. The team here worked with me and patiently sorted it out and I left with a fully functional cellphone on AT&T. They were a true delight, and I cannot thank them enough. My only regret is that I was not in the right frame of mind to note their names, or I would thank them individually. If you go here based on this review, treat the two gentlemen with kindness. They rock!

I have dealt with a lot of providers including AT&T in the past, and this store and its staff in particular greatly exceeded my expectations. I dispise upgrading or changing plans. Aaron and Dylan not only set me up with a better phone and plan, they made what is usually a horrible experience very enjoyable. I would give these guys more than 5 stars if I could.

This is the best place in the Indianapolis metro-area for mobile service. Julian was especially helpful working with all of AT&Ts products and plans to find a program that worked best for me. Very patient. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
