i have been here three times now because it is convenient. The first time was to replace my Note 7. The women did not know how to do it and wanted to charge me for things that ATT said were free. The last time, 2 days ago, i took my phone ( EDGE) in because the maps app was not working correctly. She didnt know how to fix it, read through the instructions on the phone, pushed some app buttons, and was completely lost. i finally took the phone back and will get it looked at somewhere else. On top of all this they are not even nice and give you the feeling you are interrupting their day.There is no reason to go to this store except to waste your time.

Got a good deal on an iPad when I purchased a new iPhone which was nice. The salesperson wasnt pushy and was pretty informative. I will likely go back next upgrade.
