Horribly horrible service. A guy named Donald (who now is in Sunnyside Indy) suggested me to have a deal, for which he said it would cost only $15 a month. So, I got the deal and with the very next month bill, I had to realize how stupid I was to believe this guys words. (Extra $95 dollars were billed more!) I returned to make it right and Don continued to make up stories. He kept lying over lie whenever I pointed out that that was another lie. At last, he admitted he was wrong and told he would refund the wrong bill. And do you know what? It was again another lie. It was more than two months ago and still it has never happened. AVOID him! Update: With my 3rd visit, this guy has moved to what they call "Sunnyside Indy" AT&T store (watch out there.) and another guy named Jesse helped me and he promised that he would refund only half of the wrong bill. And now, I have to make my 4th visit because the second guy Jesse didnt do his job either. I know that sometimes you have to visit att store inevitably. But if you have to, dont just let them finish the job after you leave. Youd a lot better to ask them to completely finish and show the result in front of your two eyes.

Ive been an Att customer for years. Ive frequented this store for service. They have been more than helpful everytime. I always leave with all problems solved. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Not good. Plus the web site the hours are 9am to 8pm. And I just went there and they were closed. THEIR hours are 10 am to 7pm.
