If you enjoy the experience of buying used cars from a bad used car sales man, this is will become your favorite place to buy furniture. I made 1 purchase when they just opened and several weeks after the purchase I notice that the item I had paid less than $200 for was now listed for $900. I ran into the same sales person, and she was asking me if I could pay more for the furniture I had previously bought. Then, I was comparing furniture from their website and wanted to see it in person. The new sales rep says she can beat the prices from anywhere even her own website because of their "current sale." So she quotes me $937.00 for an item that was listed in their website for "$695.00" whenever I brought that to her attention she responded by rudely answering "Well, someone did their home work." She finally honored their price and was wrapping up the sale, they offered me credit and I agreed. In less than 2 min I got approved with a high limit for spending. Somehow, the sales rep was adding a rug into the purchase without my permission. Whenever I asked her to remove it, she went on a rant about she was doing me a favor by helping me w my purchase and honoring her internet price. At this point I had spent so much time there, I didnt want to walk away and start over. The worse part was having to listen to the front desk manager argue about how she needs to make her margins on her sales, absolutely no respect for their customers. Not just me but the other people standing in front of them. Weeks later, I needed one more item and tried to buy online but they couldnt add it to my credit account unless I visit their store. I explained to the customer service rep the issues with their store and she assured me I would walk in and walk out right away, no headaches. Nope, that didnt happen either another headache and the front desk wanted to charge me additional "delivery fee" even though it would be delivered at the same time as the previous purchase(which had still not being delivered). After all this headaches, I was sure this would be done but they managed to make it worse. They still havent delivered any of the items of any of the purchase but they have charged the financing company for the FULL sale and they said everything was delivered. The financing company has opened a fraud ticket, and it doesnt seem to be the first time they have heard this. If you dont want headaches please go else where.

Yo compré casi $5.000 dólares en muebles entre ellos un comedor con 6 sillas,pero a las dos semanas las sillas estaban todas las patas flojas y la mesa se estaba separando de arriba dejando endidutas entre sí,y vino un trabajador de la mueblería,y dijo que la mesa y sillas estaban totalmente defectuosas y yo apoyé por cambiar a otro estilo diferente,y con solo dos semanas de aver conprado el comedor no quisieron cambiarlo se me ase una falta de respeto porque si en pantalón que puede costar $50 dólares te lo cambian con el solo hecho de decir que no te gusto,cuándo vas a comprar todo mundo te trata bien, pero a la hora que vas a reclamar alguna falta nadie te quiere atender y son groseros al atenderte

The place itself is clean and fairly well decorated. The pieces of furniture vary in both price, design and modernity. It seems the prices are all pretty much negotiable, however I would prefer to see the "real" price up front. I think if you are not used to negotiating then they will sell you the products at the inflated prices obviously! Mainly seems to be sofa sets and dining sets with some bedroom things at the very back of the store. Some of the prices are clearly crazy given what the furniture is whereas .I did see some things that were reasonably priced. Mostly flat pack stuff which they will deliver and build for a price (I think about $150 all in). Some pieces are of very good quality but you need to pick your way through it. Heavy pieces which to me does indicate better quality as the wood used is of a higher standard. Im not totally enamoured with this place to be honest but being fair with the star rating. Compared to chains like Rooms 2 Go this is worth a look at least! In terms of value I think that totally depends on your negotiating skills and the mood of the managers there giving the discounts. Another note, pretty much everything you see is for sale! Paintings, lamps, statues etc... Ps if picking up the furniture yourself the distribution centre is a bit of a nightmare to get access to! Only worth one star to me.

If I could rate this place negative 10 stars I would , As an entrepreneur I know that their business practices are absolutely poor to say the least . I ended up purchasing a bed ( frame & headboard ) for $1700 ... I wanted the whole set ( including dresser , drawer and mirror ) but at last minute was told that they wouldnt have the color of the dresser or drawer because it had just been discontinued . Long story short , I had to have it delivered myself because their delivery was 3 weeks out and could not wait ... The items were finally delivered to my home by movers ,only to discover that the furniture was damaged and missing several pieces with no instructions!! I contacted them , they were very rude and made it seem as if I was lying to them , and not to mention very reluctant to help . Finally after unreturned calls & horrible customer service they said that they would give me a refund only if I returned the items to their warehouse . I explained that I already paid my movers once because my car is not big enough ; they explained to me that they will not pick up the items , it is not their problem and I would need to figure it out if I wanted a refund . DO NOT SHOP HERE ; these guys seriously need to go out of business .

Bought a 2100 dollar sectional from them. Upon delivery the Mega Furniture 3rd party contractor/delivery guy who spoke no English , that Mega Furniture hired to move in and set up the couch. Decided to push my lazy boy recliner across the brand new stained concrete floor in the living room to make space for the couch. In turn leaving about a 12 ft scratch across the whole living room floor. Filed a claim with Mega and they are now saying that they arent responsible , that the 3rd party contractor is responsible for the damages. But i didnt buy the couch from the contractor, i bought the couch from Mega furniture. So basically Mega Furniture is not responsible for the people they contract to move furniture for them. This will be the last time we ever use this company again. Will also be filing with the better business bureau.

Do not purchase from Mega Furniture. I ordered a bedroom set over a month ago now and although almost everything was delivered within two weeks (still missing a bedside table that was damaged on delivery), the bed frame was the incorrect size for my mattress. Customer service has been an absolute joke trying to get the appropriate size frame. Everyone from the warehouse to the manufacturer continually insist they sent the proper size yet Im standing here looking at my mattress very clearly not fitting into the frame. Finally, five weeks after the order date, they are sending a technician out to measure the frame to confirm what I have been telling them for a month now. Best to save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
