1st time shopping at ZGallerie and the last. I purchased an item online with "ship to store" chosen. When I arrived to pick the item up, it looked significantly different than the online photo. So, I did an in-store return and went on my way. After several calls to their customer service line and more than 2 weeks later, I still dont have my refund. Ive had to file a claim with my cc company to get my money back. This apparently is SOP from other reviews I have read online. I should have done my homework in advance before shopping with this company. Leason learned.

have been a customer for years love all the items bought. The customer service absolutely sucks. First time dealing with them on an item that broke. The Store is trying to help and when calling the number provided they are not helpful at all. the person on the other line indicates no supervisor available to talk to. After insisting on talking to someone other than that person on line. put on hold for over 10 minutes. They come back and indicate they are checking another system and still no one else available to talk to.

Just received all furniture from Zgallerie! It is not what I expected. This is probably the worst furniture company I have dealt with. Tables, night stands and desks all damaged with rusts,scratches and broken! My bed was shipped with just a headboard---missing rails and footboard. We wont have a bed until 2 more weeks. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.exactly what I wrote on their web site. Ridiculous!

One of the biggest perks of going to UTSA - this mall is awesome and super close by. It is all outdoor-style; perfect for warm San Antonio.
