Worst manager ever. First time said they didnt carry what I was looking for, then when I found it there and told him you do carry it, he blamed it on me, saying I must have not described well enough. Second time, on weekend, one person working the registers, waited in line for awhile. I complained to what happened to be the same manager walking by, he said, thats just how it works and the others are working elsewhere, and if the lady working needed help she would ask. Meanwhile, hes just walking around doing nothing... Why exactly is he getting paid then? He sure as heck isnt a real manager. Mark Bitz, or something like that. We walked out and ordered from else, for cheaper. Wont be back.

At Home is a giant warehouse store full of mediocre, pseudo-trendy offshore-manufactured junk furniture pieces (end tables, chairs, bar stools, etc) and the kind of cluttery kitsch that goes along with it (Im confident they stock those singing bass wall plaques somewhere amongst the other garbage. When we visited, it was a very hot day, so while we had no plans to buy the junk they were offering, I did buy a bottle of cold water on the way out. With one register open, and ONE customer ahead of me, it took a solid 10 minutes to pay for the long-since consumed water.

Tiffany a cashier, was terribly rude and scoffed at my request. She was difficult, unfriendly, never smiled, never greeted me, antagonizing and ended my terrible experience by saying, have a logical day what? That doesnt make sense. I spoke to her manager who apologized for her. Great prices, however, cashier with a horrible disposition. Ill shop at Home Goods next time.

Im disappointed with customer service. You cant speak to a real person if you call. I wanted to inquire about a product, and the recording says they have too many to keep track of so just come in and look for yourself. Sort of like saying hey your on your own buddy. So I will have to take my business to the internet. Thanks Garden Ridge!

I LOVE this store... there is SOOO much selection, just everything one might need to make a home THEIR home, to customize it, gussie it up, etc. Decent prices on some things, other things a bit pricey, but so much selection make this a must-try if youre looking for something cool & interesting for your home.

Not a lot of workers walking around to see if you can get help very expensive here very empty at all times usually no one there at all because its expensive some things are cheap but some things are not they sell bet to your mattresses home decor basically thats it thats basically what it is:-) :-)

Not enough staff on floor to assist you. Have to hunt someone down. Out of stock, wont sell floor item. All stores were out of stock. Dont know when they will get product in. Very disappointing. Other than that, like the selection stores have to offer.

Purchased a few outdoor items like planter pots, wind chimes, and wall decor for the backyard. They were priced really affordably and are still holding up in the backyard. Would recommend shopping here for anyone looking to get affordable home decor!

Love the variety of products sold. Prices tend to be on the high side for accent tables and similar items. Always keep an eye out for sales. Prices all around are about average. Staff if scarce, but is always friendly and helpful when you find them.

Its a nice place but some employees were yelling at each other and it was a bit messy in some areas. Employees were a little helpful. The restrooms are a bit displeasing the stalls were not low enough and yiu can see the buttocks from other stalls.

Any longtime San Antonian will know what I mean when I say this is just Garden Ridge 2.0 but while it no longer has a snack bar or sells ICEEs its still a great place to go for cheap and cute decor as well as the obligatory papasan chair.

I went today for the first time and me and my daughter absolutely loved it! They have a ton of stuff! I think some of their stuff is a little over priced but not all of it is! Its a definite store to shop at for items for your home!

This store has a large selection of outdoor furniture - cushions, chairs, outdoor rugs, umbrellas, secorations, etc. They have a karge selection of chairs. They even had mattresses. Great store for home decorating options!

It is OK for small decorative items, but a lot of the items are VERY expensive for such cheap materials and small size. Its kind of like a large Home Goods but everything is organized and low quality for a steep price.

Great selection of products for inside and outside the home. Only wish they were better staffed. It feels almost impossible to find anyone for help and seems like there are only 3 to 4 people working the whole store.

I had an employee help me with the mattresses and she was incredibly helpful and once I got to the register the cashier let me know there was Military Discount. Plus I got a good deal on a mattress so Im very happy

It was horrible...could not find items that were advertised as on sale and waited 20 minutes in line to checkout because there was only one cashier. We will not be returning again...very didappointed

They have really really cute stuff but its kinda expensive I would recommend looking cause they have a lot of cool things They have about 5 rows of pillows and lots of chairs and really cool decor

This is an awesome store! It is close to Culebra Road and by the side of North Loop 410. It has everything from floral arrangement to inside furniture to outside furniture. Love this store!

This place is yuge! Good place for home decor. Also good for seasonal decor such as Halloween, Christmas, etc. Picked up some great 50% Halloween decorations the day after Halloween.

Did not have what I went for, hampers. Thought they would have had them there. Liked when the old Garden Ridge had the snack bar. Helps when you have kids in tow.

HUGE store. Used to be Garden Ridge Pottery. Whatever youre looking for, At Home has a big selection, but you may have to sift through it.
