Please do not shop at this location. We worked with Raul Noriega last year purchasing a couch, dinning set, and rug. It has been over a year of nothing but frustration! We spent over 4 hours with him and he seemed great, we went over every detail and I MADE SURE that we had a 5 year warranty for ALL of the items we purchased. We also ordered the couch with the chase on the left side instead of the right. The couch arrived with the chase on the wrong side.....they sent it back and sent it to us the right way. I was not home when they delivered and set up the furniture, when I got home I realized that there was a small tear on the back of the couch and they sent the WRONG pillows, I just said forget it because it is where it would be hidden and I didnt want to fuss over pillows. . . Then a few days after having the furniture in our home we realized how terrible the rug was. No one can sit or place ANYTHING on it without it being completely COVERED in hair (I think its hemp). I am not exaggerating, still to this day everyone that comes into our home knows not to even touch the rug.....people thought we had a dog (which we didnt) it was so bad. Buuuuuut after calling the store they informed us that rugs are AS IT and there was nothing they could do! Even though, we were informed that EVERYTHING we purchased was under warranty and we had 7 days to return. And I cant bring myself to get rid of it because of how much we paid for it. Now, for the worst part.....3 months ago our daughter spilled juice on the couch...I said no big deal it is under warranty. I call to have the cushion replaced and that is when I was informed that the person who created our order had done something wrong and only our table was connected to the warranty. They said not to worry that this was their error and they would email the warranty company and have it fixed and someone would call us back. This was on 06/07/17......over a month goes by and no call......I call them again 07/21/17 and was told the same thing, someone will call me back......Now it is 08/30/17 and still nothing. I called again today, spoke with a manager and was told the same thing. That I should receive a call by 3 or 4 today. We will see. I am just so disappointed in everything that has transpired. We moved from Phoenix where we bought my mom a couch and bought us a bed and a coffee table. We loved everything and couldnt wait to purchase from Ashley again....Now here in SA, I tell everyone DO NOT SHOP HERE. It isnt worth the hassle. You will just be disappointed.

I went it on 04/16 to look for something for my bedroom. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I walked around the store and the sales reps asked if there was anything I was looking for and kept offering help. I asked if they had any padded head boards for a king size bed and they showed me the only one they had in the store. The sales rep (I dont remember his name but he was very kind) let me look at it and came by after I had a chance to look to see if I was interested. I loved the piece so I told him I would take it. He told me that they would be having a sale on Friday, so he wrote my name and address on a flyer to make it look like I had received it in the mail and so that I could receive the promo deal they were going to have. He was very polite and made small talk. It took him about 10/15 minutes to get everything into the computer and then I went over to customer service to purchase the items (I ordered a bed frame with the padded headboard and under the bed storage). The lady I spoke to there was Ashley and told me they would be able to deliver that Friday 04/18. She told me that they would call me and let me know the delivery time. I paid in full for the items and I was out of the store within 10 mins of talking to her. The next day I hadnt heard anything (Im impatient) so I called and asked and they let me know that they would be delivering between 1 and 5.That Friday I waited but I got a call saying that they would be changing the delivery time to after 5. No big deal for me so I didnt mind. I received another call saying that the delivery people would arrive in the next 20 mins. Sure enough, they did and they came in and assembled my bed in about 15 mins. I signed the paperwork and that was it. This is the second time Ive ordered something from Ashley furniture store but the first time from this location. I had ordered a bed for my son which survived a move from NC to TX so I decided to go with them again. I will go back and get some couches from them eventually. My whole experience was great and Im looking forward to doing business with them again.

We went into the store on Tuesday, August 8 and were helped by Juan Ybarra. Juan is always great and takes great care of us. We have pretty much finished our entire house from furniture that he helped us pick out. He helped us find exactly what we wanted and got everything set up for us for delivery on the 11th. So, we waited on the 11th for the delivery which never came. We called to the warehouse and they told us that the delivery has been rescheduled for the 12th and that they were not sure why nobody called us. So, we waited again on the 12th and again received no phone call and no furniture. We called and were told that the delivery has been rescheduled to the 18th and it again they did not know why we were not called. We told them that if it was going to be that long, that we would just cancel the order. They then told us that they could get it to us the morning of the 15th. We called at 9 AM to confirm delivery and were told that it would be delivered between 9 AM and 12 PM. By 11:30 AM, we had not heard from them so called to check on the status and were told that it had been rescheduled once again without anybody calling us. We waited several hours for a manager to call us to get everything straightened out and never received a phone call and had to continually call back to try and speak with somebody. And now after repeatedly telling them to cancel the order they are continuing to send us text messages an automated phone calls to confirm the new delivery date. I am not sure what is going on between their delivery drivers, schedulers, and everybody else, but they really need to get it fixed. This was the worst experience we have ever had with them and will be purchasing our furniture from somewhere else.

Worst experience ever!!! Was at the store for a good 6 hours I kept telling the guy I just need a BED and BED FRAME.. he helped me and told me I was approved for more money so I can get something else... so I decided I had liked this head board and the guy told me "awesome well it comes with its own frame already so Ill just take the extra one off your order" I was under the impression that it was a bed set ...my delivery doesnt get here tell another month and when it arrives I only received the HEADBOARD and BED ....NO FRAME what so ever! I called the store and told them my situation very calm and polite they kept telling me to call customer service so I did then customer service told me to call the store thats when I started getting frustrated I called the store once more and demanded to get a bed frame but the lady at the office kept telling me Id have to purchase it. I went to the store the next day had the same conversation so I told her never mind just take the headboard back and Ill just purchase the bed frame. She explained to me and I can only add on my bill or replace it with something of the same value.. I was so frustrated and demand to talk to someone higher ranking then her she said she was the only I could talk to. I decided to just leave it as is and not deal with them and just pay my payments because I dont want my credit messed up! FAST FORWARD till now I bought a bed frame from somewhere else and my boyfriend was going to assemble the headboard but guess what there are NO screws in the package(I had not it touched since the day I received it) how much more ridiculous could this store be!!! So over and done with Ashley Furniture never purchasing from this store ever again!!!
