Just received my order of 2 sectional sofa and TV stand. However when my spousie went to purchase furniture she specifically requested to purchase a sofa, TV stand, and 4 drawer chest. When delivery came only two items were received. Apparently somewhere in the confusion of purchasing furniture my spouse believed that there sales associate Richard understood we needed all three items. This was not the case, the receipt only contained 2 items (sofa, TV stand). My wife specifically stated she would like three. Richard did not ring up all three instead he added the 150 dollar warranty. Which my wife understood on there horrendously hand written receipt as the third item. Fast forward to delivery there was confusion now I am not one to say a customer cant make a mistake. And in this case we did we were at fault in not voicing are needs. So when I called Richard to clarify the confusion he stated my wife made a mistake. When my wife specifically stated and pointed to what she wanted in the store. Richard later got more then defensive and would not budge. To which Ill admit I lost my temper. And for that I apologize. However Richard should still have not insisted that my wife was at fault. I am extremely dissatisfied with this location you will get a deal. Refunds however specifically on services are a little bit challenge. They will make excuses that they can not Di that you need to come back to the store and say that it still cant be done. Be careful of what you buy here and from who you buy insure they clarify your receipt and that it is legible. In the end I rate there customer service representation low to sub-par. Also: I highly recommend you do not finale with these people. If you intend on fianacing go to a name brand store like Ashleys I d rather get a tote to note care then finance with this business.

Headed into Mattress & Furniture for Less just looking planning to look around for 1 of 2 items to furnish my newly bought house. When I walked in, Rep named Eddie greeted me and asked what I had in mind, and really brought my ideas to life with what options they could package together. I liked the representatives here because I feel they were very straight forward and did not rush you into anything. After looking through extensive catalogs, I ended up buying a Couch, Sep. Chair, Expandable Dining Table w/ chairs, and TV stand for a really great price!! Im certain other stores wouldnt be able to beat their price or customer care. The delivery and Installation hassle free is also a great perk of buying from Mattress & Furniture for Less. Had zero issues. Felt extremely lucky to have found great experience to start off my home!

They are liers and im reporting them they are selling stuff that should be on recall my kids fell trough the bunk bed while they were sleeping and insurance aproved claim to get new bunk beds the owner called me to send someone to fix the bed instead of giving me brand new bed than later he said he will give me the same bed i asked to get different one and pay for it my self he wouldnt do it he said bed i have for kids is safe but my kids fell trough not his i told him bed should be on recall they also sold me sofa the cushins were supposed to be leather they lied they are not its only a year since i got the sofas and they look like trash dont buy stuff here go anywhere else but here

We got a king mattress and frame here for an awesome deal! Richard was very helpful and patient with us, showed us several different kinds of the furniture we wanted. Dont get me wrong, he definitely knows how to sell it to you! But he is not a pushy salesman at all and he looks out for you. Customer service was excellent. The delivery guys also assembled the furniture at lightning speed, not literally but pretty darn close! I for sure recommend this place to anyone I know that is looking for all types of home furniture; theyve got a great selection (some are not in store but online, which is even more) and the prices cannot be beat. Take advantage of their amazing deals NOW!

Dont judge this place by the way it looks on the outside. They had a great selection of high quality items. Me and my boyfriend went in there with a strict budget to follow and Dro our salesmen did an awesome job of giving us options to see and plenty of time to think things over without pressuring us to make a decision. He was super helpful, knowledgable, and had a great personality so it made things very easy and less stressful. He even had some great jokes. We got an awesome deal with a great warranty and well definitely be coming back here in the future. Dont pass this place up and make sure you talk to Dro!!

Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I called to return a mattress that had been exchanged 3 times and I was told I couldnt return because they werent aware of the return and said they were closing in a few minutes when we clearly had an hour which was posted on their website. I was told that it wasnt their fault that the website was incorrect. I live 45 min away and had to turn around due to them not answering & claiming they were closed. TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE, SAME MATTRESS DIFFERENT NAME, AWFUL DELIVERY SERVICE (showed up in a pickup truck with mattress at angle).

How are people still buying directly from Ashleys?! I got me an Ashleys bedroom set for almost $1500 cheaper than what I would have paid directly from Ashleys local store. Now, im not talking about a "similar" type of set. Im talking about the exact same model/color/type etc. The most Ashleys store would have discounted was 20%. Mattresses For Less delivery is super cheap in comparison. Their extended warranty (for accidental damage) is competitively priced but have not had the need to use. So as long as youre not accident prone (or have no children) then save on that extra expense.

wife and i walked in expecting the "we will have to order that itll be a few weeks" but instead had our furniture delivered same day at 3pm on the dot (they quoted between 3-4) got our couch, dining room table, and a king size pillow top for the price we were going to spend on just a couch.. when our daughter is old enough, we will definitely be back to get her room furniture.. ask for Juan.. he was very helpful and not pushy at all. he let us look but also gave us advise on each product like pros and cons of each. Im glad we stopped.

Found exactly what we were looking for here, the staff was very helpful, not pushy at all. Prices are great, we bought a sofa and loveseat set, and it was delivered the next day at 11am. Financing department was helpful, and made the process very easy. I have bought furniture sets from other (Big, name brand) furniture stores that were too pushy, or not willing to work with us on certain aspects of the purchase. This store is nothing like that! Go by and check them out, I havent found NEW NAME BRAND furniture at prices this great!

I am a single Mom and just moved into my apartment. I was having a hard time finding furniture in my price range. Then I went to Mattress and Furniture for Less and recieved an AWESOME deal from RICHARD G!!!!!!! He was great! I recieved a living room set, a kitchen set, and Bunk beds.
