Bought furniture back Oct 2015 till this day they are calling saying I havent paid I paid card and check what kind of place doesnt keep track what accounts are paid this is BS. I ordered a grandfather clock it didnt work sent it back. Second time saw the guys drop it and bring it into my house I sent it back. I had to keep calling about my ordered kept getting the run around with different dates. We were ready buy everything new for our house but this place is not reliable, not organize and unprofessional. The delivery truck was unprofessional with graffiti all over it. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS PAY WITH CARD OR CHECK... I go into the place to speak with supposedly the head of their now collection department having my copies of paid invoice and when I asked for the delivery invoice clearly written shows forms of payments received and paid out... WASTE OF MY TIME!!!! information right in front of her...trying to get us to pay almost $900 again I dont think so. She couldnt even make copies of the paperwork I had since they couldnt get their computers and printer to work...

****( be warned about the fraud done by this company)**** I bought a pair both washer/dryer. I had no more then a week and the washer started having multiple problems. I was handling this thru johnathon and oscar , who at the time of purchase were your friendly sales people "deceiving" We were told lies about payment , the duration , and most importantly our manuf. warranty. we were playing phone tag , they never answer their phones , and it was confirmed by the manufacturer themselves that the my washer , which i just bought no more then 90 days ago , was bought over a year ago and the item has no more warranty. It didnt matter what I had said , cuz i was not the original buyer , and here i thought i was buying a brand new washer and dryer with its original 1 year manufacturer warranty. Complete waste of my money , my time and utterly disgusted by this company!! Save your money , your time and dont get conned by this fraudulent company !!

They had good deals but their service truly sucked. Was promised a smart tv with my purchase was given the run around about my tv for almost a week and when they brought it to me it wasnt even a smart tv and of course they had an excuse about that. Also its been almost three weeks and Im still waiting on the rest of my order that they said would be in and to me in seven days. Like I said package deals are pretty good priced but as far as getting your stuff on time and getting a good explanation for it nombre I would go somewhere else its ridiculous especially considering I have to keep.calling.them they have never once called me to update me on anything
