If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The quality of service in the print department is utter garbage. I took a planner in today to be spiral bound. I brought the pages in lined up and squared and the finished product is going in the trash. I asked the girl to fix it by trimming the outside edges and she was incapable of cutting in a straight line. She was using a paper cutter!!!!! Its not rocket science, people. The most amazing part was how she had no shame whatsoever handing subpar product over to a customer. I am not a fan of giving people bad reviews, but people need to be warned about this place. If you need something done well, dont go to Office Max in Kerrville.

Ordered some posters to print online and had to reach out about my order. Turns out the 2 days it would take to complete would take around 10 business days. They did not have the ability to fill the order. The only notification was an email or call back - when I tried to call back I was hung up on and placed on hold for 10 min. Reached out thru the website chat, which took 20 min to figure out that this process would be more than 14 regular days to be completed. I do not understand why I was not notified sooner! Why offer products and accept money that can not be completed or without a disclaimer?

Im not too sure if these folks are under-trained and under-staffed, or what. Its like they WANT to help, but dont know how. Or maybe Im reading it all wrong and this person really didnt know a Toner Cartridge from a Drum. Either way, they should have been able to match the picture on the box with the cartridge in his hand. Another 1/2 day of work lost because I had to go back to the store and make the exchange. Thanks guys, yall really rock!!!

My husband and I visited Office Max to see what they had for laptop computers. Jose (who I believe is the store manager now) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Even bought a computer from him, rather than ordering online (like we had planned). They also had a good sale through today, so saved $220! Couldnt be happier with our experience. So ... maybe things have turned around. Give them another try, folks.

I called to ask a question about Fed Ex. The phone was answered after 4 or 5 rings by someone who didnt now the answer to my question and put me on hold. I was on hold for 8.5 minutes before I gave up. I called right back to try again and no one ever answered the phone. I gave up after 6 or 8 rings and called someone else. Bad customer service!

Bought a computer for a customer that had a bad hard drive out of the box, tired to take it back and they did almost everything they could to not help me. I even brought in the receipt and they told me it was outside the return period even though I still had one day left. Extremely unhelpful and apparently not great at reading things.

I had a great experience the uninterrupted attention of salesman, that answered all my questions the staff that was able to assist to my needs and then they even helped me out with my merchandise. If I couldnt find it they was on top of it doing a lot of the walking for me. Will definately do all my office shopping there.

Trial By Error Variety Show
Every time I go in here the staff acts like theyve never seen me. Ive been in and worked personally with all of the full time staff on flyers and posters. Still they act like they are learning how to do stuff each time we go in for the same as the last time. Very unprofessional, seemingly hating their jobs.
