I would like to acknowledge and give a huge thank you to Paul Cerda for helping me Saturday 10/11/14. Last month I ordered a pair of prescription eye glasses online (which was a dumb idea since they were huge and didnt fit) I waited 14 days and never received a confirmation number or email of my purchase of $190.00. I called this last week and spoke with several people from the customer service department that online referrers you to call, I spoke with several employees whom ALL told me false information! Not only did they tell me there was no sign of my order anywhere, A manager Brian (didnt give me the last name) kept insisting me that I could return my item at the optimal store. I spent my lunch on Friday in (shertz) trying to do this, Sat morning for about 1 1/2 hrs not to mention all the time I spent on the phone trying to get a True Answer about what the hell was going on! So this last Thursday I went and ordered another pair of glasses on 281 and , But in the store. I spent $250.00, or my dad did anyway. When I got home; Guess what, My package had arrived. So know Ive spent 450.00 on glasses in a month. I have been given all the wrong information and waited around for 3 weeks to see if my order was or wasnt placed. All I wanted to do at this point was be able to print a stupid label to return the package back but I couldnt even do that because I never received any information about my online purchase. Long story short, After this HORRIBLE experience and my attitude toward Mr. Paul Cedra I appreciate him for going above and beyond what I was even asking for. I had a Dr. appointment in the medical center so I had to leave the store and asked him to keep in contact with me about what I needed to do to get this returned. After all the crap I went through this last week Paul did a great job and actually took HIS TIME to find out the correct procedures to do in circumstances such as mine. He immediately called me back within 15 minutes of me leaving the store. Not only did he say he had a confirmation number, A receipt, and that It would be priority shipped the next business day, He called the store off I-10 and 410- 4522 Fredricksburg Rd. with Linda G and Crystal L. and asked them to get all of this ready for me and knew I would be closer to this store than the one off Bandera. (I live in stoneoak (which I called also to see if i could return the glasses at his store and he never got back with me (Which is the man I bought my D&G glasses from); as you can see I was driving all over the place! ) Once I got to the store the ladies were extremely kind and helpful. I took it personally to the ups shipping. It is people like these you need to have on your team than some jerks who wont take the time to find out what their freaking job Entitles. And I know that online is different than in-store. But together you are all representing Target and Im never ordering anything online and have already shared my story with plenty of people. We just visited this location and I will definitely go out of my way not to return here after my experience. I had my baby with me and ran out of wipes so my sister opened the box that I had in my cart to buy and it was made clear to the fitting room attendant (twice) watching her that we had an emergency and are already buying the wipes. She tried to fake nice and small talk but when we came out of the fitting room she had another employee, waiting to escort us, that she called there and she said we needed to go up to the front right then and pay for the wipes before we could continue shopping. I said I wasnt go by to check out twice so I had to just leave. The employee walked up to the register with the wipes as we voiced our disappointment on the situation and she just said well its policy. We requested to speak to the manager at the register and explained how upsetting it was to be treated as if we were stealing and he agreed they didnt handle it the right way and he would talk to them. While it was nice he agreed, it doesnt change how it affected us. Before this, another employee had been helpful and friendly looking for clothes, but the pro of one nice employee doesnt outweigh the awful experience at this store.

By far the worst experience. If you need electronics go somewhere else anywhere but here ! I went with sis n law to get a laptop. A big sale you would think they want our business. The girl that was "lead" was the rudest ! They tell me they dont have the item and just shrug their shoulders, no options offered or maybe shipment will come in. I had to help myself in the sense of asking if they can call other target stores to see if they have it, even walmart does that! She looks at me and says I can give you the numbers and you can call. The lack of care, it felt like I was bothering them and wasting their time. Worst experience ever ! Never coming back to this target they made me feel like crap. Alright Ill just take my $400 purchase elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOURE COUPONING!! STAFF does NOT know anything about their coupon policy OR their registry! Male manager was rude and a b****! He needs to learn how to handle customer service! "Im the manager and I say that only one coupon can be used per purchase" "Because Im the manager" --Well excuse you Mr. Manager! P.S. Target allows up to 4 like coupons PER transaction, but this manager will only let ONE coupon go through. Also he can read the fine print but he doesnt comprehend what its saying. Best believe I called corporate on your a**!

This visit was to the optician outside of Target and the optical dept inside. I have been going to this location for about a decade. Dr. Nguyen is this kindest lady, so patient and good with kids, as well as adults. Inside at the optical dept, Paul is one of a kind, he is just the best. Im terrible at picking out frames, he just grabs a pair and wow they look good. Paul knows what best fits your facial shape.

Tedd the store manager is a bigot who makes disparaging and derogatory remarks about customers and employees in front of others. He is incredibly unprofessional to speak so poorly of people so loudly in front of customers the way I had to witness. For a company that prides itself on being accepting of all peoples this poor excuse of a man is far beneath what Target should be hiring.

Poor inventory management at this location. Last week they were out of stock on all purpose flour. The week before, they didnt have any khaki pants. This out of stock situation pops up pretty much every time Ive tried to shop there. I now shop elsewhere, or when I specifically need Target, I drive to the Stone Oak location. They manage to keep proper inventory levels there.
