Needs cheaper prices, gone are the days of competing. Store seems outdated even after remodel compared to other stores in Nebraska and surrounding states around the country. Needs stained concrete flooring with wood inlays in the floor, needs sunroof and light controlled by outside for brightness. Temp of store is always hot or not cold enough during winter its way to warm. Not enough winter coats during winter season,summer clothes are clearenced too soon , summer is not over in August late Sept makes sense to clearenced then swim suits are little to no selection summer isnt over and they are not there ,quit basing off school kids for things . Food is more pricey they super saver or Hy-Vee or even Target at times. You will be in trouble when Kohls and Costco or Sams club come to Kearney. Be competitive. Everyone knows the first week all stores increase prices every month for ebt customers its known info. Its wrong try living off lower amount. The founder would be rolling in his grave with how Walmart has become versus how it was . Walmart will be doomed like so many are Kmart, Sears,JcPenny ,Maceys,Target ,Payless shoes all are having real issues and are trying to survive . . Hey Walmart dont be another failed company. Things in Grand Island our cheaper , want to keep money in Kearney drop prices. Bathrooms are always a mess , greeters are pushy and rude, greeters act like when returning you stole it , its a return I no where to go. Customer service seems to not know return policy at times . Needs to be more checkers all the time .

Worst tire service. My wife went and got two tires replaced. They found and issue with the stud and they werent able to fix it, but contnued services. When she was leaving a flat tire warning light came on, but the tires looked fined. The place was close so she drive 1.5 miles home. The next day the newly replaced tires were flat. I spoke to Mel their manager and she tired to blame it on us that we had drive over a nail and that we should have put the spare on. I informed here that we are working college students and that we didnt have to much time to go in a have it looked at. I just think they didnt do it correctly. She continued to lecture me about her son going to college as well and how he wouldve done it differently. I am sorry Mel for not conforming to your standards. I just expected them to do their jobs.

Literally any review that says fast check out times or friendly employees must be plant reviews to keep their score up. Parking lot it always full to the outreaches, lines always packed, they have more people greeting you at the door than they have at the check-out, every single checker is always disinterested and depressed looking, not to mention the most likely sexist management , because there are about 85 percent female employees, and most of the males you see are pushing carts or door greeting, you might find one in electronics. Over all just a really terrible experience and it wont get fixed because Wal Mart does not care..

Went to get one back driver side tire on andgot there at a little after 11am told the guy what I needed and then they got my car in at 11:27am he told me 15 to 20mins I said ok and walked around went to go see if my car was done it was still not done. It got done at 12:31pm and I watched the guys working on my car and they were messing around and talking to some girl and I do not appreciate that they were not working on my car because they told me 15-20mins and an hour later I finally left. I will not be back I will take my business somewhere else. Also there was no one in line in front of me to get a tire on.

Great and beautiful store layout.... This is by far one of the cleanest and well organized Wal-Marts I have been.. The staff is very friendly in the departments I shopped including the Optical department.. The Dr. Turk was so nice and helpful and the staff did not pressure me to upsell me something I did not need.. Thank you all so very much.. Plus for great deals on Mens clothes and shoes.

Shopping was confusing but understandable since the the store is being relayed. Our checker was very disappointing as she kept telling every customer her life story. The people in front of us actually were traped listening to her after they checked out. I told her I had already heard what she had to say after she asked me did you just hear my story? I felt sorry for the people behind us.

This is actually one of the more decent Walmart stores I have been to as far as customer service is concerned. The employees here are really nice and actually helpful! Its usually pretty clean. My only issue is how it is organized. However, right now they are doing a major remodel so I am hoping that will improve once that is complete.

The quality of the food varies between serviceable and unedible at times. (As in spoiled or too green.) Clothes wear out quickly and shoes wear out even faster. Electronics thankfully dont suffer this fate, but ultimately I try to shop anywhere else than here especially since the Corporation as a whole treats its associates so poorly.

It is Walmart. Full of in bread hill billies who smoke too much meth or are morbidly obese and no idea what soap is. As for the employees, nearly all old people who cant hear good or kids who cant be bothered to smile and act annoyed when a customer needs them. Just go away Walmart, close down and move out.

Owner at subway was rude, and the food is not prepared well, food has no flavor, old produce, just not a good subway to eat at. I dont recommend going there. The Walmart food is better than this place. This Walmart is the best place to shop, 5 stars for Walmart, negative for subway.

Unfriendly emplyees but i guess i would be too if i worked for a company that only hires people part time because they dont want to give insurance out. Oh and they seem to always be out of most of the things me and my family like.

Im sitting in the store rite now waiting on a tv that is in the stock room on top of some pallets and I guess there is only one guy in the store with a license to drive the forklift and hes on break so they told me I have to wait

Has a good variety of products but the staff isnt always the friendliest. I usually go here at around 7 A.M. after work and everyone is just doing their job to do it and dont go out of their way to help if you have a question.

Usually clean. People nicer at night. Some people quite onery. It is a sign to me management is not focusing on people but the bottom line. Good auto care. Remodel done.
