This has got to be the worst Walmart in the world! I have never seen a more poorly managed place in my life. Every employee besides a few cashiers have this God awful look of hatred of their job that radiates throughout the entire store. I dont have the time to even explain the tire and lube department. They are completely lazy and slow. I figured it out though, if you stand there and delegate task for them, you get faster service. The management definitely needs to be fired and some proper screening of the incoming manager is a must. Seems like its a lot of the "buddy" hiring system here which leads to people with their heads up their *** and clueless of the proper duties that are required for their position . Way to succeed in life. Im praying HEB can get it together and build an HEB plus near by!

Rude service called trying to speak with someone in Sporting goods and got hanged up on. After calling back and finally getting to speak to someone in that department and after my question was asked I got hanged up on AGAIN. They must not have allot of minutes on their phone plan and need to upgrade to more mins so they dont have to be hanging up on customers!

This particular store in Hondo doesnt always have what your looking for You purchase something from there and before you can get a whole set they stop ordering the colors and their policy on internet coupons is ridiculous. They have to verify every coupon before they can scan them.

This Walmart provides Hondo a variety that is otherwise not available for many miles. While this store has a poor selection in clothing, especially mens, I am satisfied by the availability of its electronics, hardware, and groceries.

The Wal Mart supercenters grocery department Produce is usually not the best and prices are high but the meats prices are competitive. Staff isnt very helpful if you can get their attention. Never enough checkouts open.

I cant lie, I sincerely dislike Walmart. However, the Heb in this area often doesnt have the specialty items I need (Hylands) which forces me to come here. Plus side, this one is relatively clean and well maintained

My sons bike that I picked up from Walmart in Hondo . The handlebar knuckle was loose .my other sons bicycle the pedal fell off riding it.The bicycle assembler needs to be a little bit more careful with his work
