Im not sure how this store front stays in business! It is so poorly organized and difficult to navigate secondary to over crowding. The store opens as close to 10:00 AM has the employees want - sometimes 10 sometimes later. If you arrive right at 10:00 - be prepared to witness the associates using the make-up counter as their personal vanity. The dressing rooms, on every time Ive tried to visit this store, look like the clothes rack threw up in there...This store lacks professionalism and the immature sales clerks can be heard making disparaging remarks about incoming new employees or the state of the current management. I cant wait until Target and Academy roll into this town! This store is only useful for making internet returns.

I truly hate this store. Everything is overpriced, the entire store feels cramped and overstocked with crap, and their customer service is nonexistent. Plus I think I was the only person under the age of 40 or 50 in the entire store so it felt like the people working there were eying me the whole time I was browsing as if the only reason somebody young like me could be in there was to steal something. That was my first and last visit to this store. I hope they go out of business and a Goodwill Store opens up in their place.

Manager Robert was extremely rude. Sales person Linda was patient and polite and trying to correct an error. I reported the managers behavior and the situation was address immediately. Nice to see that customer service is a priority.

The people who work at Bealls and Boerne are all wonderful and extremely helpful especially the little blonde . She is always so sweet and kind when I come in . Thank you for being so awesome:)
